Family Vacation

Easy communication and check in, house was big enough for everyone, kids loved the game room, and the pool and spa were fantastic. The only negative was the mattresses weren’t the best. Definitely would stay again!

Great Family Home

The house was perfect for a family holiday. Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms and 3 families with 10 people. Your people were always friendly and very helpful.

Family Vacation

The house was prefect for us . It was very clean and updated. The only problem we had was none of the tv were step up . The password and username name provided for Wi-Fi didn’t work. We had to find the router and set them up ourselves.

Had everything we needed.

For a vacation house it had everything we needed. It does have some ware and could use some updates. But it served its purpose. Highly recommend they upgrade the beds, but other than that we had all we needed. Don’t recommend paying to heat the pool tho. The only heat came from water out of the hot tub and that was on a timer. It’s not like you could just get in and it be warm. But it’s close to all parks and just about anything you could need. The local Walmart was the largest and busiest I’ve ever seen. Overall, enjoyed the accommodations.

Disappointed

We just finished our stay yesterday, and we were disappointed in this house. There were 12 people in our group (8 adults and 4 kids). There was plenty of room and it was a short drive to Disney. The community pool and arcade were great. The problem was the upkeep of the house and the cleanliness. The house is outdated, and things are starting to fall apart. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The worst part was the cleanliness: in the kitchen, the cabinets are peeling and you can see dirt around the handles. The downstairs bathroom had a patch in the ceiling that had just been repaired, and drywall pieces and dust were left on the window sill and floor. Throughout the whole house, the floors were dirty. The carpets are worn, and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. The couch in the front living room was crumbling and left black pieces all over the carpet. The small rugs in the bathrooms by the toilets, showers and sinks looked like they either hadn't been washed, or are old and need to be replaced. We paid the extra fee for the hot tub and pool heat, specifically for the hot tub. It did heat up, but the jets don't do anything. Also, we thought the heat was either broken or wasn't turned on at first, because the dial on the house just kept turning like it is broken. It eventually caught and the heat turned on. Just very disappointed overall. Not worth the money in our minds.

Super maison !

Super maison à quelques minutes de Disney ! C’est super propre et continue ta tout ce que vous avez besoin en cuisine . Le seul petit problème est le bain à remous qui n’a pas de remous!! Il ne fonctionne pas . Le lit dans la chambre des maître est aussi vieux mais tout le reste était parfait !

Pool and hot tub were great!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was as described and very well supplied in the kitchen. A couple of key features that we liked were the highchair and the gate for the stairs as we had little ones with us. Also, the fence by the pool was easy to secure. We paid the extra to heat the pool and hot tub and it was well worth it! We would stay here again!

Not bad

The property is a little worn. The carpeting is gross and the rest of the house needs major updates. The location is great if you are going to the parks. Also close to shops and restaurants.

Disappointed

I'll keep this as short as possible. My stay was embarrassing. No TV or Internet until late Friday afternoon. Spectrum confirmed that the Service had been out for quite some time so the person from your staff that inspected the property 9.22 afternoon falsified the report. Several children family members missed school assignments because of this. Not to mention the boredom and lack of entertainment we assumed we'd have during this family vacation. Air hockey table did not have the air working properly. Outside table near pool was completely covered in dirt. Two bathrooms had visible dirt on the floors walking/standing areas. Several dead frogs in the pool. Outside trash bin had not been emptied prior to our arrival so inside of house downstairs living & dining rooms smelled horrible when we arrived. Several touch points were dusty which was very surprising during these times of COVID. Touch points being light switches (walls & lamps), tables, and chairs. Oh and we had SEVERAL ants on the kitchen counter. I mean it was a very very excessive amount. So I basically spent 2-3 hours when I arrived cleaning then couldn't relax and watch TV while my whole family complained how bad of a choice I made by choosing to stay there. I'm very very disappointed and wish to speak with someone of authority.

Thank you for making our stay special

This was our 4th time staying in Windsor Hills but our first with Magical Vacation Homes. We had chose them as this particular home had a lot of upgrades. It was a perfect villa for us and the kids enjoyed the PS3 and games. The outside patio furniture was new like a lot of items in the home which made our stay very comfortable. The resort for us is still the best and our kids love the playground and community pool. Thanks again

House Needs Improvement

The property was a spacious 6 bedroom home located close to the parks with a nice pool. While the house was adequate for our stay, we would not return to his property. This house has a lot of wear and tear and needs updating. The carpets were stained throughout the house, the baseboards were dusty everywhere, there was mold in the corners, etc. The cleanliness standards need to be higher. The kitchen cabinets were peeling, etc. The house was also missing some basics that we have come to expect after renting vacation homes around the world. There was no welcome binder with information about the house and the area. We had to hunt high and low for simple things. The bedding and towels were also lacking. There were no washcloths provided that we were able to locate. The comforters on the beds were thin and we had to raid every closet in the house for extra blankets. The beds themselves were also in poor shape with dips in the middle and were either extremely hard or bouncy. Despite the negative comments we functioned just fine in the home and were able to enjoy our vacation, but we were expecting higher quality and a cleaner living space.
