Relaxing setting, amazing beach views

Our family of four (two teens) enjoyed our stay. Loved getting to see the sunrise on clear mornings and loved the coincidental timing to see a launch at night from Cape Canaveral. Highly recommend this condo and we’d stay again if back in the area.

Awesome Beach Vacation!

Great location on the beach! Condo was clean with plenty of kitchen supplies to meet our needs. We loved the queen bed and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. If I wasn’t swimming in the ocean my favorite was sitting on our patio looking out at the ocean! Thanks

Good location with an outstanding view!

This relatively quieter part of the beach front in Florida was a great weekend retreat for us. Clean facility with plenty of restaurants, parks, groceries, and of course beach. The condo was furnished well and met all of our needs during our short stay. Thanks to the owners for letting us book their place.

Incredible views! Great condo!

We had a wonderful vacation while staying in the Sea Goose condo. We highly enjoyed the incredible views and listening to the sounds of the ocean from the 6th floor balcony. We would definitely stay here again if we ever decide to come back to the Ormond Beach area.

The room needed a clean before we came. The fans were layered with dust, and the sheets were dirty. When I spoke to the person with Vacasa they said that clean sheets were in the closet. I don’t feel that as guests we should have to change the sheets as soon as we arrive. We also had to clean the entire condo because it was dirty. When I told the person from Vacasa this she said that a deep clean was scheduled after us but that didn’t help us at all. The ceiling fan didn’t work and we had to buy our own fan the first night. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush half the time in the master. The pro is the location - right on the beach with private access to beach and nice pool. Though be advised the keys are really tricky to use and we kept getting them stuck and being your own beach towels there are none.

Save Yourself From Extreme Disappointment!!

My son and I were looking forward to our stay. When we thought it couldn’t get any worse, it did. The building to which the condo is in is in poor condition with an elevator that works part time. When you are on the 6th floor, this is a major inconvenience. The door lock going into the condo kept getting stuck when pushing the numbers to where you would have to wait a minute for it to reset and try again to only have it stick again. The condo itself was absolutely filthy. There was inch high dust, hair, and grime on every single surface. There was sand and a rock on the coffee table. The ledge of the window seal had a spill of some sort of dried dark liquid. The living room mirror had dried white oily splattered specks where it looked like someone popped their pimple juice on. There was enough dirt, hair, and food in the couches to fill up 2 vacuum bags/cylinders. The bathrooms were in comparable dirty conditions with hair and mold in the shower/tub. I did contact the condo owners Vacasa Vaction Rentals. They sent a housekeeper back to quickly wipe over hair, dust, & dirt but it was still in poor condition when she left. I requested to be moved due to conditions that deemed unhealthy for my family but was denied. I then asked for compensation of some sort, to which I was also denied. Our vacation was not as anticipated with these less than suitable conditions. As well as being unsuitable and disappointing the building and condo itself were outdated and in need of repairs.

Amazing view and for shuttle launch

This vacation rental is perfect for a family that allows for room to relax and not be on top of each other. The mattresses are firm. There is plenty of bath towels and sift pillows. The view is amazing and you can see the shuttle launch from the patio. This was a present surprise. The residents of the building are all very friendly and most own animals to get a pets to sooth you from missing your furr babies. The kitchen is well equipped as I baked cookies and made banana bread. It's a vacation tradition now. I will admit to working remote during my vacation and I had no issues staying online.
