“i looked at all the pictures & read all the reviews & i decided to book .This is not a resort it is most definitely a motel ,Room was dirty upon check in ,like really dirty ,people at the front desk are very rude & I did not feel comfortable about going to them about the dirty room ,so i cleaned it my self ,they did not tell me about the towel exchange ,when if you need new towels you have to bring them to exchange yourself ,did not know there is a service to call for a beach chair and umbrella……

“We were placed in a room that had a giant shipping container outside of it. We asked to be moved but they would / could not do that. Our door lock was faulty and every time we tried to open our door it failed and we had to go to the front desk and ask for help. Very inconvenient. The finale was at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building under duress along with everyone else and wait 30 minutes until it was clear to return. “I avoid staying at Hilton due to unpleasant experiences with cleaning and maintenance. We gave it a try and unfortunately we had a bad experience. The housekeeping was horrible! The bed was not done as expected as a good hotel will do it. It looked like housekeeper just pulled everything without care, sheets where longer on one side and all sheets not extended. Cups and sugar were refilled but just thrown on the side of the coffee maker. Overall we had a bad experience as always in a Hilton.……

“We do not feel the room was as described. It was not well maintained, and the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side. That alone made us very uncomfortable.
Additionally, the door did not seal properly. We could clearly see light coming through around the edges from the office, and the music……
