"Loved this unit. View and beach access was perfect. Unit is small but the view makes up for it. Excellent location! Would stay again! The water pressure was less than stellar, which means the glorious looking shower head didn’t work well at all but again that view and access to the beach made up for anything the unit lacked. There was some kind of water drip we heard but couldn’t figure out where it was and did not note it to the property manager during the stay because we just wanted to enjoy without being bothered with a repairman."

"Ocean front naturally beautiful.Condo dated, Van Lee has been around for some time, I was from Ormond beach. They did a good job on the photos. Walkout from living room and master bedroom to balcony was nice. Had construction the entire 10 days but that was just my misfortune "

"Pretty nice beachfront room, with unobstructed views to the ocean. Pool area was well kept, and access to common spaces was good. One of 3 elevators was out of service. Updating of rooms on floors 2-4 is ongoing. I’d stay here again. "
