「I want to express my disappointment with the condition of the room I was assigned during my recent stay. The experience was so upsetting that my wife and I decided to check out immediately, cancel our trip, and drive all the way back to Welland from Barrie. When we entered the room, we noticed several issues: 1) The bathroom hand wash basin was cracked. 2) The toilet had not been properly cleaned. 3) The shower head was covered with white/ red particles, which appeared to be mineral buildup or...

「雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Soooooo, the pool was actually horrendous and we didn’t go. There was a soccer group there running about and chips on the floor-inside the hotel room was clean-but the pool was why Kate wanted to go so between that being inswimable and the kids yelling and running wild and finding food everywhere it really killed the vibe. On the other hand if you’re going with a team your kids can have a great time running around and they’re very understanding」

「Probably the dirtiest, most run-down property I've ever stayed at. The furniture might've been trash-picked off the curb, the beds looked slept-in, with cigarette burns in the bedding (in a non-smoking room), the power sockets were caving into the wall, and the sink was blocked with vape components and... fungus? I'd sleep in my car before staying here again. I recommend bulldozing the place and starting again. The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and oblivious to the quality of the rooms.」
