"I travel frequently around the world for business and I must say that Gaia Suites Istanbul was one of the coziest, cleanest and most authentic hotels I've stayed at. The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Besiktas. Highly recommended."

"I have been coming to Istanbul regularly and honestly couldn’t believe I hadn’t stayed here before. It is everything you would want in a 5 star hotel — Service was top notch from everyone in the hotel staff (front desk, concierge, house keeping etc..), rooms were big, spacious and clean. Hotel facilities were modern and well kept. The location is very nice in Besiktas — you can walk and taxis are available easily. All in all i would highly recommend!
