Convenient near to the jr loop line and osaka main station. What i don't like is there are no wardrobes and the mattress was too soft. Maybe ok for an overnight or 2 stay without unpacking luggage but for us staying there 6 nights as using it as base to do day visits of other cities, it was very inconvenient not to have wardrobe.

Overall was a 4 out of 5 solely on how hot the room was and the only real option was to just open the window because the Cool air was shut off for the time of year. Wouldn’t normally be an issue but with the train station nearby and the window open it was a bit noisy

Due to the air conditioning system in our hotel, it was not possible to set the air conditioner to only one room, so the guest had no choice but to turn off the heating or open the window.We apologize for the inconvenience. Extremely small rooms! If you dont mind noise then this is the place for you.It is located between 2 rail tracks and very loud. The first night we were there the room was extremely stuffy and warm and were told that they could not turn on the air, heat only and to open a window!! With the rail tracks literally on both sides of the hotel. I also lost the plastic keycard and was charged $10 for another and when i found the old one no refund qas offered! Do not recommend!

Location is good, in between the Fukushima station and walking distance to Umeda downtown. Bed mattress is too soft and unbalanced, soft at edges and centre, difficult to sleep. Breakfast buffet was limited and repetitive, first time there were not eggs options and tea bags. Reception was generally helpful but did not check if the check out timing matches breakfast paid, in the end paid for breakfast but did not consume for the last day due to early morning check out. No refund, no nothing. Strictly just a place to spend the night but lights, hot water etc. works with typical Japanese efficiency, no english program except BBC news. Convenient 7-11 store next door. Acceptable place if the price is right.

Always a pleasure to stay in a apa hotel, the only difference this time is that the bed didn't have the usual space under it, that is use as storage space. Wonderful breakfast.

Even though the hotel was very close to the train tracks, we didn't find any problem when sleeping through the night. Nice and clean facilities and nice staff. The lobby was very beautiful.

A Famous Japanese Business Hotel
The hotel was everything you would expect from a business hotel in japan. Check-in and check-out process was swift. The hotel is about 10mins walk from Osaka Station so it is not exactly near. And also, the hotel is near the train track so you can hear the sound of train passing from inside your room. Other than that, and with the price of the hotel in mind, I'd say it's good value if you only want somewhere to rest and sleep.

This hotel is super close to a JR train station. We Booked it right on the day of because our train was cancelled. It was nice for a last minute booking. The washroom is weirdly setup but works. It's space saving i suppose.

During breakfast ,some standing and keep looking. They are checking your vocher ,it seems for foreigners only. Other hotels you just get in and out. Here was just like they found a thief / it seems these people donot trust anyone, keep double checking guests. It is different with western country.

The hotel is in a convenient location though near train tracks which may be a little noisy if you’re sensitive to noise. Easy access to JR Fukushima and the wider Umeda station network. The hotel itself is quiet and not so high density on each floor. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and can speak some English. I would have preferred if the hotel provided proper ceramic mugs instead of paper cups. Overall up to the usual APA Hotel chain standard.

Walking distance from Osaka station 10 mnts walk we only use one night to go universal few steps on the train. Room are small but the bed are comfy

Comfortable but isolated and very close to train
Hotel is on the more quiet south side of Osaka Station. It’s connected underground directly to Osaka Station. However, it’s proximity to the Fukushima Station means that you could hear the trains if you have rooms closer to the main road.

The nearest station from the hotel is Fukushima Station on the Loop Line, which is a 3-minute walk away. Depending on the room situation on the day, it is possible to prepare a room away from the railroad tracks, so please feel free to contact the front desk the next time you use it. If you have another chance, all the staff will be waiting for you to use our hotel.
