Simple comfort with great service

Simple comfort: spacious-ish room, good beds. Great service: free shuttle to the nearest train station. Recommended if you want to be close to KIX airport and don't mind a fashion outlet between hotel and station.

Family Mart is right in front of the building. Marble Beach is a Walking Distance so as the Ranku Premium Outlet! So covenient! Highly recommend!

Overall a good spot. Convenient location. Seemed like the front desk wasn't attended at all times which felt a little uninviting but that's not a big issue. They were there when we needed them. Kiosk check in was easy enough. Area seemed safe, just know that it's close to a main street and at night there's a lot of motorcycles revving. Not much the hotel can do about that, but it seems like the revving all stops around midnight.

Really quaint and relaxing stay and really great value. Really comfortable and modern rooms and washrooms with plenty of floor space and storage very rare in Japan. Close to airport, right across from konbinis, and short Walking distance to the sea and pebble beach, some food around the sea community area. Also a longer walking distance from konbinis, outlets (you can get Onitsuka Tiger cheaper than regular stores + extra 10% off tax-free if you show your passport) and Rinku downtown with GU outlet and Ferris wheel. Great for families. It’s self check-in so not always staff out front but quick to get them and they are always helpful and kind. Just a bit far from downtown but great stay. Also a beautiful view on the shared patio especially the sea at sunset highly recommend

Amazing Little Gem

Amazing little gem for travelers arriving in Osaka late and need a place to stay overnight. The staff was super helpful, the bed very comfortable and the room very clean. The bonus was having the seaside half a mile away and also the outlet mall.

I selected to stay here due to the close proximity to the airport, also pickup/drop-off at the station, when I ask about the drop off, he suggested a taxi. Also understand about the 3pm checkin, I was over an hour early waiting in the lobby and no one offer any assistance to me while I waited. It surprised me the lack of interest in helping.

The room is small, the staff is never around but I was okay with that check in was done with a machine, there nothing really around but a mall that is WAY overpriced, the beach is covered in rocks so if you think you’re going to have a nice sit on a dandy beach no YOURE not. Taking a train into Osaka was expensive because of how far it is. I don’t recommend this hotel unless you’re wanting to just sit in your room. One thing it’s near the airport if you’re needed it.
