Not a hotel.
Just an apartment. Not cleaned or serviced daily. Very small. Desk is manned for a few hours only each night. The only good thing about it, is the location.

Check in was quick. Family room was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Big and spacious for price. Front desk was nice and and helpful. Great hotel and even better price. I’ll definitely stay here again, in the future.

No cleaning everyday is fine but i stayed 4 night, i request just clean floor & change bathroom floor mat on 3rd day but they did't coming provide service so disappoited on they cleaning

Good location hotel but too bad they forgot to clean and tidy our room even we got out from 9 am to 8 pm and hanged the sign on the door handle as instructed.

Pleasant hotel in walkable distance to Namba
Hotel itself was pretty new and though the building and lobby appeared tiny the room was spacious (keeping in mind the standards for Japan are different to elsewhere). An in-room kitchenette (microwave, sink, stove) could also be helpful for guests. Location is superb as it's walkable to Namba and Tsutenkaku.

great little hotel close to train station
a bit hard to find in the beginning but once you are there, it's very close to many spots. very helpful stuff and the bathroom is awesome, very new and modern.

Very considerate staff, clean and new hotel
Excellent and helpful staff. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a late arrival and the hotel made sure to stay around to wait for us to check in. I was worried that the room would be too small for us but it turned out to be very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

コスパがいいので、ここに決めました。 悪い点 ・布団が少し薄くて痛かった ・トイレットペーパーの場所が変な所で使いにくかった 良い点 ・通天閣に歩いて行けて近くだったので便利だった ・コンビニも歩いて行けて近くで便利だった ・宿泊費が安くおさえられた ・誰とも接触(受付ロビーなし)なので気を使わない ・意外とキレイだった

新世界や日本橋など観光地が徒歩で行ける距離なのが良い。そして安い。 ただし寝衣は用意されていないので持参しなければならない。

If the purpose is sightseeing, the place is very good. However, the condition of the room was bad. The drainage of the bathtub and washbasin was bad, and the water accumulated. The snack scum that the previous guest ate was falling under the living room. The sheets look clean, but there is a lot of dust in the corners of the room, and I don't think the cleaning is thorough. Maybe it can't be helped considering the price. However, there was stress about the poor drainage.

コスパよかったです！
三人でファミリールームに宿泊。一部屋6500円で一人辺り2100円。 激安です！ 部屋の清潔感がないと昔のクチコミにあったので、少し心配してましたが、 全然綺麗でした！！ パジャマやアメニティも一通りあるし、部屋も広いし、この値段で大満足です(*^^*)

雨に濡れてホテルに着いたら、フロントの女性従業員さんがタオルを出して下さいました。本当に助かりました。感じもよかったですし、有り難かったです！ ただ、室内用で、コロコロがあると良かったなーと思いました！

満足でした。
総合的にはよかったです。ソファのシミと、シャンプーとボディーソープの容器が一緒だったので残念でした。それら以外は問題なくキレイな空間だと感じました。家族4人で泊まるには満足でした。

Excellent! The street doesn't look too inviting at first but it's quiet and the location is just unbeatable with the shin-sekai market street, denden town (Osaka's own Akihabara) many great touristic spots and of course the nippombashi area with countless eating and drinking options and an awesome nightlife, all of this less than 10 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is great. Sacious rooms (at least in comparison with what you can find in Tokyo for this price and even up) with everything you need and more (keetle, microwave, sticks, glasses, services and even a cooking plate). There's also a washing machine at the reception.It almost feels like a mini appartment. You don't have to give back the key to the reception so you're really independent. Counterpart to that is that they don't interact with you either. They don't clean rooms during the day and the reception staff are only present from 14 to 23 but do you really need them at all time? We didn't and it was overall a great experience. As I allready said the location is unbeatable and we appreciated the feel of independence. Would come back without hesitation. Wpuld and will recommend
