The hotel is nice, beautiful decor in the lobby and halls. It's in a business centre so not much for tourists or restaurants in the area. 5 minute walk to the train station.

It was a nice hotel and nice view but the heat/ ac was controlled by floor and no ac until April.

An excellent place to stay, especially for foreigners - the rooms are spacious, the reception staff speaks English, laundry is on-site (~$3USD per load), the breakfast is delicious and has many Japanese and continental options, plus the view from the tower is gorgeous. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Cosmosquare station through an office area, so there isn't much nearby in terms of restaurants or convenience stores, but it's quiet, peaceful and safe.

This hotel was so clean and we loved the Japanese style bathroom. Comfortable beds and sofas. Great views! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again! The shuttle bus to Universal Studios was definitely appreciated!

Stay for 03 nights from 16-19 July 23, room is big and clean, all still not bad. But the parking is not complimentary nor even subsidised. As a guest of hotel I think this is a must for hotel guest to enjoy a free or very much subsidise rate. 2nd night we have to even get our own towels from the reception due to make up room services in charges forgot to put towels in our room. The tablet in room also a white elephant as in can’t make call to external and only call to hotel reception and on last day checking out I called many time to check the time for checking out but no one answer…

Luxurious feel for a very affordable rate
Great stay at a great establishment. Proximity to the exhibition venue is a huge plus, otherwise, its very comfortable, almost luxurious considering how affordable it is.

No restaurants inside or around the hotel was available after 9pm. Lawson is open until 11pm or 0am but that’s all. Front staff was all Chinese and do not know about the area. When I asked about restaurants around, they just googled it and printed out. Also too many Chinese guests. I stayed at this restaurant to attend an event taken place in intex Osaka but won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else.

ห้องพักกว้าง มีLawson อยู่ชั้นล่าง หาของกินได้ มีห้างแต่เปิดปิดป็นเวลา ถ้าเที่ยวแบบเน้นในเมืองจะเดินทางไกลพอสมควร จากโรงแรมไปสถานีรถไฟ ต้องเดินไปขึ้นที่ห้างฝั่งตรงข้าม โมโนเลล ต่อรถไฟใต้ดิน ใช้เวลา มีรถshuttle us บริการไป USJ แต่ต้องจองก่อนให้แจ้งตั้งแต่วันมาเช็คอินเลย ห้องสะอาด ขอโซน nonsmoking ไว้ก็ถือว่าดี อาหารเช้าดี สไตล์ญี่ปุ่นทั่วไป

ホテルは問題なしで綺麗でした。スタッフの方々も愛想が良くて、朝食付きであの値段は安いなーと感動しました。とても美味しかったです。商業施設が多い所なので、車での移動になるので、駐車場の料金を無料か？割引があるともっと利用しやすいとは思いました。後は、ユニバーサルに行くのにホテル内の駐車場は6時前にしか出庫出来ないので、其処は不便だとは思いました。ただ、近かったので問題なく開園には間に合いました。

部屋も広いし、部屋の中も内装が綺麗でした。周辺エリアに業務用スーパーが出店してくれてるが、もう少しスーパーができてくれたら嬉しいです。

凄く素敵なお部屋で景色も良かったです ソファーを少し動かしたのですが、何と下からお菓子のゴミや爪楊枝が埃と共に沢山出てきました 連泊でした 12時に外出しましたが、お部屋の掃除はされていませんでした ドアに新しいタオルが置いてありました 自分で掃除するとは思いませんでした 後は良かったです

ユニバーサルに行く為に宿泊しました。車だったので10分くらいでユニバーサルに着くので良かったです。 3歳の子を連れて泊まりました。 足音がうるさいとクレームが入り子供を静かにさせる為に気を使いました。また、子供ものびのび出来なかったので可哀想でした。予約の際に小さい子供がいるのは分かっているので下の階や両隣の部屋が空いている部屋にしてもらえたらな…と思いました。チェックインの際にも小さい子供がいるけど大丈夫ですよね？と伝えてあったので余計に気遣いいただけたらな…と思いました。部屋は割と綺麗。でも隅にホコリあり。お風呂も壁に染みなどありました。

室内は縦長で畳に4人がけのテーブルもあってゆっくりできる十分な広さでした。 トイレ、お風呂場も綺麗。 上を人がどしどし歩いてたのか、天井側から時々ミシッミシッと音が鳴っていたのが気になりました。

ユニバーサルスタジオのあと利用しました。お部屋は掃除が行き届いていて清潔でした。リニューアルしたのか、設備も新しくとても良かったです。 駐車場がないとのことでしたが、隣に大きなタイムズの駐車場があるので問題なかったです。 近くにショッピングモールがあるようでしたが、利用せず。
