「The cottage itself is lovely, and has a lot of potential. It’s a large cottage which accomodates 5. Lighting wasn’t working in all rooms which was a nuisance and the facilities in the kitchen were dirty and not maintained well. Oven and stove worked, coffee machine filthy. Given that you would hire a cottage to do self catering, it wasn’t one of the better cottages we have stayed in. We found it a cold welcoming, no welcome note, only a small box of biscuits on entry. 「House keeping was good. Room was small and pretty tired. Bath hand basin sink plug broken and toilet seat would not stay up. Staff polite but not very customer focused. Just did their job! Breakfast was disappointing. Advertised as ‘continental’ but fell short of what we were expecting. Parking good. Plenty of space」

「We booked two rooms while walking the coast path. Neither room had a working shower. Both produced boiling hot water that would burn.All we were offered was the use of another shower in an outside building. We declined. Tired building and the Manager uninterested in offering any support or refund. He just told us the rooms were due to be updated! My advice..Go somewhere else. 」
