"Attentive and helpful staff. We chose not to get our rooms cleaned daily and every time I called housekeeping for anything we needed, they delivered right away (2 bottles of water, extra towels and amenities) The location was perfect! The room is a bit small but enough for 2. Will stay here again."

"Highly highly recommend! As soon as you step foot into the hotel, the service was amazing! The staff did not speak great English, but we were able to use simple words to communicate. The property itself is immaculate! No shoes are allowed as soon as you entered the hotel. I wore my white socks around the hotel all day and the bottom was still clean at the end of the day. You always see someone mopping or cleaning. The complimentary services (coffee, matcha, water, ice cream, soba noodles) was such a fantastic treat. Their breakfast buffet is a must because it is so delicious. The late night soba is also a must! The onsite onsen is also a must try. There were so many different pools and it was super clean! Overall, this is the best hotel we’ve have stayed at. The price per night is a great steal for this 5-star hotel!"

"The room was spacious for Japan and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel was full of amenities like a spa, a convenience store, laundromat and pool. It was close to multiple train stations, a few shopping areas and lots of good restaurants. "
