Nice, clean and comfortable appartement

We (family from Germany (1 child 2 years) spend 2 weeks in July this appartement. We really liked it because it was clean,nice and comfortable,great located(close to the City Center / parking space in the street),great support from the owner,nice backyard (we had our breackfast and dinner there),quiet,and the Barbecue ( we did not use ;-)). In sum a really nice stay we enjoyed! Well recommended!!!

Very good location

Paolo's place is in an excellent location for visiting Otranto and explore the local sites and swimming in the bay. It is a very short walk to the entrance of old town and still an easy walk to the beaches in the bay. Our car never moved from the parking spot provided while we were there. And with it being up on the hill we opened front and back door in the evening to let the evening breeze flow through the unit as we sat in the private court yard.

Wir haben 20 wunderschöne Tage in der schönen Stadt Otranto verbracht, auch dank unserer Gastgeberfamilie. Unser Gastgeber hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt,hat uns die Stadt gezeigt,hat uns geholfen einen deutschsprachigen Reiseführer zu finden.Auch bei unserer Rückreise hat er uns geholfen. Seine freundlichkeit,hilfsbe- reitschaft und zugewandheit hat unsere Herzen berührt. Das gleiche gilt für seine Familie,die wir kennenlernen durften. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen

Gemütliche Wohnung unweit des centro storico

Anlässlich eines Sprachkurses habe ich die Wohnung für zwei Wochen gebucht. Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und liegt nur ein paar Fussschritte vom centro storico entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle in der Nähe des Hafens erreicht man zu Fuss in weniger als 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und verfügte über stabiles WLAN. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer grosszügig geschnitten und mit bequemem Bett. Der Vermieter und dessen Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich bedanke mich für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Lovely stay in Otranto

If you want to have a calm and nice little apartment near Otranto´s old city center, this is the perfect place. Everything was perfectly fine. The apartment is located just a 5 minutes walk away from the old town or you can drive to beautiful beaches nearby, within 15 minutes. The accommodation is simple but sufficient. A highlight is definitely the backyard, where you can have your meals or just sit in the sun. Everything was nice and clean and if you need help, the friendly host Paolo is there to help you. I totally recommend this apartment.

Casa in pieno centro

Esattamente come descritta, casa a pochissimi passi dal castello e dal centro storico di Otranto in zona dove è possibile parcheggiare l auto con un pass fornito dal proprietario, pulitissima, e con la possibilità di cenare in giardino, tutto perfetto

Très bien mais dommage que...

.... le matelas a ressors ne convienne pas mes 98 kilos. Par ailleurs, un petit effort de décoration aurait été le bienvenu pour faire oublier le vilain mobilier. Mais Cossimo était sympathique et le local dune d'une propreté irréprochable.
