“Une expérience incompréhensible et extrêmement décevante – adieu Expedia Je suis profondément déçu par mon expérience avec Expedia. J’ai réservé un logement sur leur site, pensant gérer ma réservation comme d’habitude. Mais tout devait en réalité se faire sur une autre plateforme, nécessitant la création d’un nouveau compte, sans aucune explication claire. J’ai cru avoir annulé via Expedia, puis j’ai informé le propriétaire… qui m’a répondu qu’il ne connaissait même pas Expedia et qu’il ne……

“Die Zimmer sind in einer alten Bauern- bzw Winzerhof, der sehr liebevoll hergerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage zwischen Scherwiller und Dambach ist ideal, um die Dörfer an der Weinstraße zu erkunden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genoßen.”

“The weather was uncomfortably hot and the house offered no relief from the heat.There was nothing “wrong” with the property but there was nowhere to sit to relax and the mattresses on the bed were very uncomfortable.”

“The booking system through Expedia was terrible. I believe it’s an associated website of Abritel and it appears the owner of the properties instructions didn’t carry over to Expedia. We subsequently had very little instruction as to get access to the property. Weather this was the fault of the owner or not, once the owner was made aware of this they weren’t very understanding or helpful. They kept telling me instructions were ‘emailed’ when I hadn’t received anything. They didn’t take any……

“Top Unterkunft, 3 Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Küche sehr praktisch, alles da. 1 Bad. In der Nacht gab es öfters ein lautes Signal wie ein Trafo in der Nachbarschaft, das war etwas verwirrend. Alles andere war Super!verwirrend ”
