"Was our first hotel after a 24 hour travel day from Sydney. Did not disappoint. Room and bed was so spacious and comfy. Location amazing! So central to metro and trains. Hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. Really made for a great 3 nights to start our Europe 2025 Summer. "

The hotel is located in the heart of everything with an easy walk to museums, restaurants, Anne Frank, and around the corner from the ted light district. Ww felt very safe."

"One night stop, 5 mins walk from the terminal. 1st experience of the Citizen. Reception a bit confusing at first but help is at hand, very simple to check in but remember to take pic of room no in case you forget… Bar area and lounge great Room was space age, amazing bed, the shower is fun, I loved it, others may hate it"

"Close to public transportation, easy to get to Centraal station by tram. The neighborhood is gorgeous, everything very walkable. Our only complaint was the air conditioning locked at 20C, so we couldn't make it any cooler on hot summer afternoons, or nights. It made sleeping a little difficult. However, we definitely hope to visit again one day! "
