"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The Moroccan architecture is stunning and creates a very authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Unfortunately, we had to leave two days earlier than planned because our baby was crying a lot and we were not able to stay longer. Even in this difficult situation, the staff showed exceptional support and kindness. At 2:00 am, one of the staff members was already there to help us by printing our tickets and arranging a taxi to the airport for the same morning, as we had to leave the hotel at 6:30 am. On top of that, since we could not stay for all the booked days, the hotel kindly provided us with a voucher to use for the unused days, which we truly appreciated. Thank you very much for your warm welcome, understanding, and outstanding service. Keep up the excellent work. We look forward to coming back again soon!"

The only issue was that, for the price you’re paying for a single night, you wouldn’t expect certain problems. The curtain in our bedroom was torn, and the shower’s on/off switch was coming loose. You’d think you wouldn’t encounter issues like these in a five-star hotel"
