「Wonderful country place to stay. Very quiet, clean, easy to find and the view is spectacular. We were surprised by breakfast items in the fridge. A plus for us was a washer and dryer. 「Beautiful, clean, quiet location. Great for relaxing and unplugging for a few days. Several deer sightings and a nice trail to walk on. Only one thing I would say is the bed mattress has probably aged out and needs to be replaced. Oh , and maybe another mirror other than the one in the bathroom. Place was ad advertised. We have a wedding to attend next year and we plan on booking this place again if it is available.」

「Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...

「Description: The unit is not a 'house'. It's an renovated building behind a house.
Safety/Security: The stairs are an accident waiting to happen. Top tread is almost split through along the length and was repaired/remounted on an angle. Bottom tread is so far under the top that you have to step sideways to be stable. No handrails. No exterior lighting except for one small solar light by the stairs which doesn't stay charged.
Parking: Ad says you can park on the street (a hill) or in the...
