Chateau On The Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center

"Staff was excellent. Extremely well versed, attentive, knowledgeable. My room was extraordinary, albeit a little lonely from not being used in awhile. All of my faucets gave me a small spook when I turned them on because they spattered one or two times before the normal flow. The valet and restaurant were very good. I have no gripes about my stay whatsoever. I do have a couple suggestions. There was a floating substance in the jacuzzi that spooked myself and my guest out of it. Though the pool room was very clean and well attended. Secondly, you absolutely need to put bananas on the menu. I should be able to order a banana for breakfast without having to go downstairs to the Sweet Shoppe and get one. I prefer to be in my room. Lastly, please provide gum in the Guest Needs area. While I understand not wanting to promote the act of possibly finding it in inappropriate places, there is an argument to be had for those of us who use it daily as a soothing item. My stay was very good and I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler wanting to experience a lovely lake-side vacation. Always something to do!"

"Loved the quietness of the fall season, clean rooms bed was comfy and the two person jetted tub was also a fav! The Internet is lacking even if one device is all you have. They offer free water toys, shuttle to silver dollar city, and more. Pizza world onsite was great. So be prepared and they do offer and upgrade for a price. But we managed. They will ask you to sign up for their tour for ownership or membership. If you do this they offer incentives like coupons for their marina, or a gift card or vouchers for the eating places on-site. Over all it was an absolute great stay!"
