“Exactly as described - small but clean, in an amazing location. We're a family of six, so it was a tight fit, but it worked well as a place to sleep and shower after exploring the city. I would stay here again and recommend it if you don't mind a smaller space.”

“We arrived early and couldn't go to our room yet, but surprisingly, they wouldn't let us store our luggage for free; we had to pay. The same thing happened at check-out. I've never experienced anything like this before. The only advantage here is the convenient location, although the room is near the street and quite noisy.”

“The check in process is super slow. I never got an email confirmation for my passcode and I took few hours to get to the right rooms. And no storage space for placing the luggages. Despite all the hustles- the space is exactly like the photos that they show, very clean and spacious. Location is great too.”

“We liked the location of this room. We could get to everything in NYC easily! Great location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so we requested the roll away bed. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when we didn’t have washcloths and there was a little leak in window from rain. The laundry facility wasn’t great, only 1 working washer and dryer. There were fires in Canada which made air quality not great, so we wanted to get a few workouts in at the gym in the building. That was a……

“This unit was looked beautiful on the listing but ultimately was a nightmare irl. I booked this spot for my bachelorette weekend and there was no hot water and the place has a roach infestation.When I tried to contact VRBO for a resolution they wouldn't give me a refund without "proof" but how do I show proof of cold water and roaches when I was so terrified I killed them immediately? Terrible service, do not waste your time.”
