"Amazing staff even more amazing environment and aesthetic"

"Stayed last week at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Great location, food was excellent and for the most part helpful staff. The only feedback I would give is to the Breakfast staff. On my first morning, trying to navigate my way around the buffet, asked a couple of staff where to find various things and got a wave of a hand.. would have been more helpful if they had actually shown me. I would also add, as it was my first morning, a brief explanation of how the breakfast is served, i.e. in some hotels, they sit you down and take your tea / coffee order then you go up to the buffet but at the Radisson, you do everything yourself. It would have been nice to have been informed of this. Overall though, was a great stay and would recommend. "

"This hotel was great! Super friendly staff. The area is also perfect with a tram stop right at the hotel and all the food options you could want within a 5 minute walk. Museum quarter, Anne Frank house, and lots more an easy walk as well. "

"Nothing to say really. Handy location, lovely food and great staff. My bed was very comfortable despite being given a twin room rather than a double. My only complaint is that the front desk team said they would send someone up to convert my twin beds into a double but it never happened. Apart from that, all good"
