“I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, about a 30‑minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the sea view from the room is wonderful — perfect for a quiet getaway. Breakfast was decent, though the variety was somewhat limited. When checking in, the hotel required a cash deposit and wouldn’t accept a credit card at first, which was inconvenient. After I explained I……

“me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant……

“Everything wonderful, nice place and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean room and comfortable bed. There is also a cafe restaurant right nearby with owl, lions, monkey with a nice atmosphere where families can bring the kids to take pictures with the animals. 7 eleven nearby and a lot of street food stalls. Also very accessible if you plan to take the boat to see Phi Phi islands or other islands.”

“Good stay, pool bar was closed, maybe it’s the off season. Restaurant not open either. Pool is nice though. Convenient to elephant sanctuaries and shopping centers (we had a motorbike). Room was very clean and tidy. ”

“我們希望有一個悠閒的假期，於是選擇了有泳池得酒店，而且在入住前約一個月經揀選有泳池的酒店後選取了明珠酒店，到入住時大堂酒店職員毫無笑容，英文極差，完全沒有告知泳池維修事項，進入房間後衛生間無廁紙，需自行到外面找服務員，完全破壞我等悠閒之目的，永遠不會再光顧此酒店，亦希望 hotel.com 可以改善及通報給予將入住之客人。”
