“10/10 — Incredible beachfront boutique hotel Maramara Playa was the highlight of our trip to Sayulita. The hotel is literally right on the sand, and our room had floor-to-ceiling windows plus a big private balcony overlooking the beach and sunset - absolutely beautiful. The design is new, modern, and very comfortable. Staff communication was excellent, and their custom town guide was super helpful. Loved the included beach club and patio, and the surf break is just steps away. Perfect for……

“This place is HEAVEN. We originally booked one night, but within 20 minutes of being there we changed our plans and booked another night. It's exactly as it seems in pictures--beautiful and instagrammable. It's also quiet--there are only 8 rooms, who all seemed to be couples of various ages who just wanted a quiet time together. “Such a beautiful stay. The place is architecturally stunning, and the location is super private and isolated, we genuinely felt like we were in the middle of nowhere (in the best way). Pao, our host, was amazing too, so welcoming, super attentive to every little detail, and just a really nice person. We’d love to come back, and that’s always a good sign.”

“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system.
