「Very friendly staff with a nice view and excellent service 」

「The place was really close to their plaza and well kept. The rooms were very nice and big. A bar on the rooftop and in the first floor. A pool for adults in the rooftop and a family pool in the first floor. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel that serves delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「Such a breathtaking view!! Our room was super spacious, super clean and all staff members so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much to housekeeping, every time we entered our room we had fresh towels, bed always made, new water bottles, everything was perfect! Thank you hotel Mio!」

「Está lejos de lo que es el centro de vallarta, pero si te gusta la aventura y la naturaleza es ideal para ti, el personal muy amable ya las habitaciones de 10, si tu idea es relajarte será ideal, pero si lo que quieres es conocer vallarta, si considera que estarás en una montaña y cada que subes y bajas es terracería y si te tomará tiempo」

「El acceso a todo el centro muy fácil a pie, el estacionamiento en el hotel muy práctico. El desayuno estuvo bien, no incluye comida y cena, todas las personas muy amables. Saludos.」

「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy.
