“Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you.
Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape.
Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving.”

“Top-notch stay with phenomenal staff
From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield Inn Beckley was exceptional.
A huge shout-out to the front desk attendant who checked us in with a great attitude at 10:30 PM, and was back bright and early at 8:30 AM covering an extra shift with the same friendly energy.
Breakfast was equally great, largely thanks to Karl (with a "K"). He ran a tight ship—everything on the buffet was constantly stocked and kept immaculate, and he personally greeted every……

“We really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in and the beautiful views that the property provided.
However, we went to go get coffee on the morning of our checkout and we came back to the cleaning staff already in our cabin whenever we still had an hour left to checkout. So we felt like we were being pushed out whenever we were looking forward to coming back to drink our coffee on the back porch for the last hour of our stay. Thankfully, they were nice and did leave when we got back, but it still……
