The most peaceful and perfect location for a vacation! This 3 story townhome has a 2 car garage and an elevator. With river views to die for, you can BBQ on the balcony, plus the kitchen is a chefs' dream.
Walk to the Hot Springs or Healing Waters in all of 1 minute! Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping to just 1/2 a mile away. Driving to the store/"uptown" is 10 minutes away. Wolf Creek Ski Area is 20 miles.
Come stay here and experience the most beautiful mountain you will see.

  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Stayed 4 nights and skied at Wolf Creek. The townhouse was perfect for our group and communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to Pagosa Springs.

We visited Pagosa Springs and could not be happier with this beautiful condo! Location is within walking distance to hot springs, shopping, and amazing food. The creek is right outside the back porch and the soothing sounds of the water was heaven! Definitely would recommend for a friend!

Beautiful and convenient!

This was a perfect place for our family of 10, ages 8-72. Pros: You can’t beat the location! The space is perfect to give both privacy and quality time together. Kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator was great for the grandparents. King/ twin beds were very comfy. View of the river from the balconies was gorgeous. Cons: Queen mattress was uncomfortable and had a big dip in center. Windows were drafty, so consider bringing blankets to use in living room and twin beds. A couple more chairs in living area would be nice. Overall I would highly recommend. The property was very nice, clean and plenty of space. Communication with property manager was prompt.

Great Stay

We had a blast. This was our first trip to SO Colorado and it is beautiful. This property is just as advertised. Walking distance to downtown, fishing right out the back door, and a great view of the river. Mule deer greeted us in the yard when we arrived. Communication with the property owner were timely and accurate. Check in was seamless. We hope to return.

Short Notice

Megan responded quickly for a short notice stay and we are very grateful. Loved the 2 masters. Layout was great and clean. Master beds are very comfy. Suggestions... in the living room, trade tv with wall with mirror, because of light and a sectional would fit in there very easily and would be more comfortable, especially for more folks. LR furniture not comfy. Since vac rentals are going more towards satellite TV stations, would appreciate written directions and to have and know what stations can work for us folks that are not familiar with this. Should have some for the $$. It would be great if the downstairs master had window covering for the sliding glass door. Would love to stay there again. The river is awesome and location. Thanks again for a great getaway.

This condo had an excellent location within walking distance of the hot springs, showing, and food. It was a beautiful place, clean, well-maintained, and ADA-accessible. Unfortunately, it did snow the day we arrived, and we had to scoop the drive ourselves.

Great stay for easy access!

We stayed here three nights just before Christmas in order to go skiing at Wolf Creek for a couple of days. Everyone in the family really enjoyed it! The beds were very comfortable (although the sheets were too staticky for my liking), and all the rooms were nice and warm and cozy. The fireplace heats up the living room quickly and significantly, and having a garage we could park in was an excellent luxury given how cold it was outside while we were there. The location is perfect - on a quiet street overlooking the river, but close enough to town to get to restaurants and shops and very easy access to the road that leads to the slopes. The rooms were great and we had enough space to spread out but not so much that we lost each other. It was a wonderful space and we will definitely come back!
