A very nice flat that is near to the centre of Paihia, but very quiet and peaceful. The flat is near the pool, with very easy access to the pool for older children, but plenty of safety gates to make it impossible for younger children to access the water without parental supervision. 1 minute walk to grab a nice cup of coffee in the morning, easy access to the waterfront and secure parking.

One of the best locations in Paihia, close to everything. Beautiful swimming pool.Difficulty accessing the basement garage due to keypad not working so had to get manager to open manually.Property great for two couples but needs a refresh and a bit of TLC. Shower gel ran out on day 1 in ensuite so hadnt been refilled from last persons stay and coffee was a solid lump in the cannister (not airtight). Tiny milk carton provided on arrival, suitable for 1 person. I have never had to pay for internet anywhere I have stayed but this place charges 15. When paying top dollar for accomodation which we were for this place I expect the facilities to be presented accordingly.
