「the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good」

「We absolutely adored our stay. We had stayed here before while using Banos as a central hub for our travels, so we were excited to stay here again. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail.
