「The breakfast menu was excellent. The waterfall view from the room was wonderful. It was also close enough to the waterfall to hear it. It makes sleeping pleasant. The bed was also very comfortable.」

El espacio para parqueos de vehículos es bastante estrecho, y suele ser limitado en cantidad. Se recomienda asígnar los espacios de parqueos de acuerdo con el orden de llegada de los huéspedes. Una de las noches, salimos a cenar y cuando retornamos al hotel el guardia nos dijo que no había espacio para el vehículo y que tenía que ir a dejarlo...

We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail. Both were amazing and organised so well by the hotel staff and associated...

「We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown, and the view of the waterfall is beautiful. Breakfast was good, with generous portions, although there were only three options. We appreciated that they offered a gluten-free option for my boyfriend and that breakfast was served exactly at the requested time. The hotel also has a garage, although exiting it can be a bit challenging. On the downside, the hotel feels a bit dated. The rooms are close...

A massage was also arranged while i was there as well as laundry service for my travels. I will remember the kindness that was shown to me as i tell stories of my travels. Thank you 🌹」

「the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good」
