"Seda is 5 minutes from our office so it is an ideal location. There is a small shopping mall and restaurants galore, visit Italianos if you like pasta etc... You are about a 15 minute walk from Greenbelt and Glorietta mall which are the main malls in this area so it may be a better option if you are visiting for a couple of days. The rooms are serviced apartments and reasonably priced. There is a small gym which has the basic kit but could do with upgrading. Staff are very friendly and...

"A very nice and modern hotel. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. High quality bedding and fixtures. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also close to the airport - less than 10 minutes drive in off peak hours and less than 30 minutes drive in peak hour. This is incredible given the extremely congested roads in Manila!"

"Before Check-in, Dennise and Jenny were both response quickly about my concerns. Upon check-in the consiege is very helpful to direct me to 2nd floor to get my building pass from the security room. I met the security and was very nice and respectful. Our stay felt relaxing, and secured. The bulding security is very tight and the security personels are accommodating. The room is clean and very organize. I will definitely coming back to this unit."

"This place is wonderful. Rooms are huge and reasonably priced, it's clean except for the bathroom smell which probably from the cleaning solution that they used which was fixed right away by Joven whose the one who took care of us during our stay. Communication is very effective, staffs are so nice and friendly. Overall, place was excellent and I will for sure use it agajn in the future. Lastly food from attached restaurant Nono's are delicious."

"The shelf above the desk means you are constantly banging you head on it. Needs to be converted to a pull out underdesk laptop/keyboard shelf arrangement. The shag pile rug in the living area contained shards of glass and button cell batteries that could be very dangerous to small children. The daily room cleaning routine needs to include giving this rug a thorough shaking outside."
