「I mean just WOW! We had the best stay ever at this property. From the top notch hospitality start with the bellman, to the front desk associate and the concierge. When you are looking for excellence this place goes above that. I have worked for luxury hotels and this place highly impressed me. It was my wife’s birthday and first trip back to Italy in 20 plus years.
