“Historic building and legacy owners managing the property. The rooms were clean, and there was shared common spaces if you wished to use them which provide provided options. Lots of space, comfortable. We were greeted by Luciano, he gave us information and a warm welcome. Extra parking arrangements were made in a secure parking location. We were very happy with the edge of the ZTL accommodation and parking. Very handy. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Yes the stay was very good in most respects. However, the showers in both of our rooms were at best lukewarm. ”

“Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”

“If I could give a higher star review I would. The room was lovely, as was the view from the balcony. The breakfast was simple, fresh and delicious. The higher star review is for Simona, our beautiful host. She went above and beyond for us as our flight was canceled and we had nowhere to go since this cute B&B was our last night in Catania before heading back to the US. She is the epitome of why we loved our trip to Italy. A gem of a person, when she found that our next hotel fell through she……

“Beautiful Room design with character, simple n spacious. Staff of Habitat very helpful n with good hospitality manner. The restaurant providing breakfast is nice environment, enjoy eating there. But, if a writing table is provided will be better. Also, its a bit noisy in morning when someone showering, the sounds of water tubes quite large. ”

“Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.”

“Very friendly and welcoming and simple guest house. The rooms are traditional Italian style, this is no monochrome Hilton, and we were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the main street. Everything you need, good location, and very helpful staff.”

“由Palermo 的 SAIS 巴士到 B&B, 大概3小時車程，從車站行到B&B只需5分鐘。b&b有本地遊資訊提供，我地報了火山團，交遠接送而且導遊英文很好，後來我們在街中再報了其他包車遊，司機不懂英語而且收費很高。早餐很滿意，房間床也很舒適，報置、空間大小都好，唯獨洗手間未如理想，洗手間的渠有嚴重臭味傳到房間，未知是由沐浴的地方或者廁所傳出。下次不會入住。”

“Beautiful place, clean and spacious. Located in a central location, a short walk to the centre of it all and yet, quiet at night. Nicely appointed with both a private balcony and a common area. Easy check in instructions, well communicated by the staff. Highly recommend. ”
