L'hôtel est en centre ville, près de la gare, dans une rue calme. C'est un ancien palais, dans son jus, avec une très belle décoration et des salons accessibles. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Chambre confortable, climatisation un peu bruyante. Petit déjeuner complet. Par contre, pas d'ascenseur pour arriver au 2e étage où se trouve l'hôtel.

Выбрали отель рядом с ж/д вокзалом, для того чтобы оставить багаж и принять душ после прогулок по городу, ночевать и не собирались...крошечный номер (на фото на сайте выглядит лучше ) на 4 этаже старинного здания,багаж слава богу помогли поднять и спустить, поскольку лифта нет. Из плюсов— работающий кондиционе, крошечный собственный душ и очень чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Цена за номер явно завышена...

L'ho trovata come molti l'anno descritta, un po' scomoda per l'assenza dell'ascensore, lo stabile un po' trascurato. Per il resto, cordialità, comodità (è in pieno centro) ed un discreto rapporto qualità prezzo.

Get some Exercise!

The hotel is old and funky. Rooms are adequate, but not as advertised. The room was advertised on Hotels.com as with a desk and WiFi in the room. It had neither and the Alessandra manager was very unapologetic nor helpful at all about these misleading claims. The hotel is also on the THIRD floor (not second floor) with NO Elevator. Not bad once you've moved in, but be aware of having to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs to your room. Staff, other than the manager, was friendly and all spoke English.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Die Straße unten ist zwar laut, aber die Fenstertüren sind sehr gut schalldämmend. Hotel liegt im zweitenStock. Man sollte also keine Probleme mit Treppensteigen haben. Service ist freundlich und bestens. Das Zimmer war o.k.. Frühstück ist auch o.k., wenngleich nicht besonders reichhaltig.

Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar die 72 Stufen sind auch halb so wild Palermo ist wunderbar laut und hektisch die Lage des Hotels ist nix für Lärmempfindliche für ein2 Sterne Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung

Отель в историческом центре города. Здание бывшего дворца, верхний этаж которого приспособлен под отель. Плюсы - просторная комната, балкон, звукоизолирующие жалюзи. Минусы - очень маленькая душевая, нет лифта, плохой ремонт, скудный завтрак, очень слабый сигнал wi-fi.

This hotel could use some upgrades and still keep the charm...no elevator and 75 steps up to the actual hotel! With luggage it is brutal! This info should be stated as compromised individuals would not make it. Location close to main streets of Palermo's shopping. Great service getting an airport lift, which was on time @4AM! That is the best I have to say about this hotel.

The hotel is located in the old center but the neighborhood is not optimal. The entrance is strange but when you climb the two floors the hotel itself is clean and pleasant. The rooms are designed in a classic manner and has some incense smell which for me was tolerable but my wife hated it.

O prédio é muito antigo, porém, o andar do hotel é conservado. A recepcionista foi ótima e atenciosa. O ponto negativo fica por conta da falta de elevador, quem chegar com muita bagagem vai sofrer pra chegar na recepção que fica no 2º andar, lembrando que são 4 lances de escada. Outro problema foi o cheiro de cigarro no quarto, mesmo que proibido os últimos hóspedes não respeitaram a regra. A localização é boa, próximo ao terminal central e não tão distante das principais atrações

Posizione ottima (centro storico) per visitare Palermo ed i suoi monumenti. L'albergo un po' vecchio ma pulito. Personale cortese. L'ingresso dell'albergo si trova al secondo piano, senza ascensore, di un palazzo antico. L'albergo si trova all'interno della ZTL e ha a disposizione solo 2 posti auto.
