"Our stay was amazing. The entire trip was full of family memories we will cherish forever which started with arriving at the property to be greeted by manatees right off the dock. One literally surfaced, rolled over, and appeared to wave at us! The property was a perfect accompaniment to the trip. Newly remodeled inside and extremely comfy with lots of amenities and friendly neighbors. We were in the unit overlooking the water and could see tons of fantastic wildlife right out our windows...

"This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

Our only issue was the AC stopped working during the second week. We spent 4 nights without it, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. We absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the ocean, the sounds of the waves as we fell asleep and the restaurant Coconuts on the Beach which is just next door. "The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice.
