"We were extremely pleased to have found this property and this owner. Our family is so spread out and with lots of children, we don't get to gather as often as we would like. This was the perfect place with lots of room, especially outdoors where we could enjoy the weather, the provided outdoor games, the pool, hot tub, etc. We all loved trying out the massage chair - what a treat! We particularly appreciated a personal tour by the owner to acquaint us with the property and all available to us. Gino was most accommodating and flexible on arrival/departure times to suit our needs. We had nothing at all to complain about and would HIGHLY recommend this property. Thank you, Gino!"

"The property was very nice. Huge. Plenty of space to be together and to have your own space as well. We didn’t use the pool because it was chilly outside and we were really having a family gathering the days before my son’s wedding. I was sent the wrong door code but was called back immediately when I realized and called the contact. I think there is a school next door so Friday morning I heard some bells and children but it wasn’t loud or a bother. I didn’t hear it inside just when I sat out on the lanai. Beautiful place to start. Oh son took advantage of the basketball court. "

"No hot water, mattress and bed spread smelled strongly of body odor, roach infestation (woke up to them crawling on me and removed multiple). Bathroom had a very strong foul smell that filled the entire home. Access in a car is limited, unpaved road with deep ruts. Residential area felt unsafe. I recommend the host address these cleanliness, pest-control, and maintenance concerns before accepting more guests. "

"Loved the pool, and the house. Did not care for the dirt roads getting to the house. They were rough and not well maintained. Also did not like finding that the pool was being watched by a camera. This that should have been comunicated"
