Love this place, great memories to be made!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely fantastic! Enjoyable clean, great place, cannot wait to go back! Great team that was available.

Fun and Relaxing Palm Springs Pride Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation home was excellent. The space was sprawling, the rooms were all comfy, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the kitchen had everything my group needed. The pool and the tennis court were a lot of fun and were definitely use. The location was close to downtown and was a good space to help my friends and I celebrate Palm Springs Pride weekend. I would definitely come back and stay at this home.

You better love tennis!

This is a great property if you want to play tennis for hours a day (which we did). The house itself is small and the kitchen is well appointed (but once again small). There were a few issues: pool and hot tub heating constantly breaking and making it unusable, the outdoor lights not working causing a safety issue, the walls inside the house are deteriorating, wifi issues, and some strange family members who just entered the property without our consent. The property manager was responsive, but you don't want to be paying 1200/night for issues like this. It is overpriced for what you get. It might be worth just playing tennis at the one public tennis court in Palm Springs.I would have given it a higher rating if the price was more in line with what you get for the house. We had originally booked it for about 3000 less, had the house cancelled because the "owner wanted to stay there". A few months later it was re-listed for more money and we bit the bullet to try it out. Not worth it lol.
