This brand-new 3-bed, 3.5-bath haven spans 3215 sq ft., has a private pool, spa and firepit. Professionally decorated, abundant light, high-end finishes, top appliances.

Are you California-dreaming about lounging and dining outside, socializing around a BBQ then enjoying the view of the stars while unwinding in an infinity spa?



The Scoop: This modern nod to mid-century home has something for everyone, here’s the scoop:



• Outside: Step outside to enjoy the pool, spa, BBQ and Palm Springs style outdoor lounge and dining areas with sweeping mountain views. Another outdoor seating area is in the courtyard, where you can sit relaxing around a firepit.

• Kitchen and Indoor Dining: The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and a large island for gathering with friends and family. Savor your meals in the formal dining room, or at the dining room table in the great room where you can watch the large-screen television as you eat.

• Lounges: lounge comfortably in the great room or enjoying windmill views upstairs in the seating area in the loft office.

• Work Remotely: the loft also has two desks, ideal for working remotely (with two large monitors available for each desk, upon request).

• Bedrooms: Each bedroom has its own bathroom, large-screen TV and spacious walk-in closet. The master bedroom is a quiet sanctuary with a large spa-like bathroom and direct access to the pool and balcony. Guests staying in the “casita” bedroom can enjoy privacy separate from the house.

3 Daily Guests/Visitors per Bedroom or 15, whichever is less.

Guests must comply with the City's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations.

Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.



HOST RULES:

PMI - Coachella Valley charges a nonrefundable Damage Coverage of $69 (per stay/month), which is in lieu of a Security Deposit.

Pool heat is not included and must be requested prior to arrival for pool to be heated at check in.

Pet(s) must be pre-approved. Max 2 and max total weight of 80 pounds. Once approved, guests are charged an additional fee of $150.

Photo ID required and charge card required for check in and property access. You may upload during pre-check in or provide upon arrival.

We travel to Palm Springs a few times a year and by far this is one of the best places we have ever stayed! The photos don’t do it justice. Absolutely perfect.
