Lovely home - great for groups

The home was exactly as described and we would rent again. It was especially nice that each person/couple had their own bedroom/bath. The pool, hot tub and fire pits were also lovely.

"Perfect weekend for a group of 8 friends. We enjoyed the large open living space that perfectly accommodated a private chef. The outdoor space was amazing for relaxing and outdoor dining. Excellent venue for a strategic retreat.

Seven of us spent a long weekend here. A combination, enjoying Palm Springs and having a bunch of meetings in the house. Very comfortable and well appointed. We brought in a private chef that went really well. A few little hiccups that were resolved immediately. Excellent service from the management team. Thank you.

Dream House for Our Group Trip

We absolutely loved our stay at Solaris. It was even better in person than pictured in the photos and really well designed for a large group. Including all the amenities you might need in the kitchen and bar area and thoughtful touches like the double refrigerators, double ranges, double dishwashers, and a double-sized (and very steaming hot) hot tub. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was also a really nice plus to have the en-suite bathrooms in every room. The team was very responsive and helpful around the check-in/check-out process and we didn't have any other issues during our stay. I think I can speak for everyone when I say it was a big hit - and we'd love to come back again in warmer weather so we could enjoy the gorgeous outdoor space even more fully. Thanks!

Noise Complaints

Our first night around 7pm, we were playing music (inside on the equipment provided) and received a 500 fine. The following day, after a day of golf for some and hot springs for the others, we returned to the house to go swimming. Seven of us just chatting and lounging in the pool at 4pm (NO MUSIC ANYWHERE) and we received another noise complaint. It was quite frustrating.

Spectacular Trip!

"The house layout is perfect for a large group of people. Great amenities and comfortable furniture / beds. The outdoor space is great too! The photos on the site showed a pickleball court which we found out we couldn't use. Also, the location of the house doesn't allow ANY music when you are outside. We knew there was a noise ordinance, but even soft music on an iphone isn't allowed when outside. Other than that, the location is about 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, the hosts were terrific...very accommodating and gave us alot of information to help make our trip spectacular. I would definitely stay here again!"

One hiccup was when a TRAVLR agent continuously tried to drop by the house to have additional paperwork signed which should have been sent over electronically. Excellent property for multi generational family

Spacious, well maintained property. Hosts were very attentive - answered any and all questions promptly. “Noise ordinance” was not a problem for our group - the property is large and not on top of the surrounding properties - playing pickle ball was a definite plus. Would stay again without hesitation.
