Second time back just as great.

This was our second spring break here and it was another wonderful stay. The pool is amazing for kids they lived in it. The house is great for two families and the beds are comfortable. We will be back next year!

Great Family Vacation

The property is set up perfectly to host multiple families, including young children. We loved the convenience if having our own kitchen and laundry and the house was well stocked with everything you need. The backyard is an oasis! We used the pool and hot tub multiple times a day! Would definitely return for another stay.

Wonderful!!

An absolutely perfect place for adults and especially children. Our 3 little granddaughters spent their days thoroughly enjoying the pool, hot tub, floaties, bikes, toys and more!! The beds were very comfortable and there was an abundance of towels and kitchen supplies. Great location too!! We’ll be back!

Perfect for a Palm Springs weekend!

Shamir was a great host and his place was clean and comfortable. The rooms larger than other Palm Springs rentals we stayed at. The master was amazing and had very comfortable bed. The backyard had privacy hedges and a great set up for a relaxing time. Highly recommend!

What a great spot!

The house was clean. Plenty of towels. The pool and spa and yard were perfect! We used the pool & spa every day. Loved the cabana with gas fire pit for early morning coffee & breakfast with best view of the mountains. 3 full baths felt luxurious. Close to everything. Would stay again!

Family Vacation

Our family vacation at this property was the best ever. All the rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of Eight! We used the pool and spa everyday. Shamir answered our questions instantly. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends.

Pool is nice but I would not call it a luxury home

Pros: Comfortable beds Pool was nice Quiet neighborhood Felt safe Convenient Location Cons: Almost every dish we took out was dirty. We ended up cleaning them all in the dishwasher before using them. There was no dish soap provided, and no kitchen cleaner to wipe down the counters with. There were no trash bags under the sink. We eventually found them in the garage. Two of the showers were very dirty. my daughter-in-law wore her flip flops to take a shower because it looked so dirty in their shower. A/C did not work well in the main living areas. And we had to leave all the curtains closed since the windows aren’t tinted because it made it even hotter in there with them open. In turn making it dark and depressing in the house . At one point all 6 of us hung out in the master bedroom just to cool off. A/C also didn’t work in the twin room. My poor daughter was hot all night long The backyard looked like it hadn’t been attended to for a long time. The chair pads were filthy, no way of sitting out there in the evening to enjoy the fire pit without cleaning the whole area ourselves. They had floaties for the pool but again they were all coated with dirt Pillows were missing from the living room sofa which made it uncomfortable to sit on Bedrooms were very bright in the mornings, they do not have blackout curtains. Sadly we would not stay here again or recommend to anyone

The house is clean and has everything you need. The two master bedrooms gave us nice privacy. The location is great for getting around palm springs. There is occasional outside noise from the airport nearby and the road that may bother people who are sensitive. It typically is not heard after 10 pm but one night we did hear a jet at 3 am. Overall it is a very nice house that is quite comfortable and the hosts are extremely helpful and responsive.

Great house, great vacation spot

My sister and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday here with our families and had a wonderful stay. It's a great location, and the house feels both cozy and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were clean, and linens were basic but in good shape. We especially enjoyed the covered outdoor area (but would recommend an upgrade to the cushions as they are a bit thin/worn). The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our concerns. We will definitely consider staying here again for our next visit.
