Great Property - Great Stay

Great place, well stocked kitchen, great pool and pool area.Lots of options for sun OR shade. Firetable is nice in the evening. Great for 8 people.Would be happy to stay here again !

Nice but AC only goes to 76°

Great home with a great pool. Super well stocked kitchen which was great for me as a cook. Biggest complaint is the AC can't be turned down below 76°, which we didn't know about until we got there. We were there during a heat wave and were sweating indoors. Everything else was great.

The beds were comfy, the main rooms were spacious and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. A nearby playground was a hit with our 8 year old granddaughter. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Our host was friendly and attentive. A great week all around.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway!

Our stay at this stunning Palm Springs home was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stylish decor, immaculate cleanliness, and all the thoughtful touches that made our vacation truly special.The outdoor space was a dream—private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. We spent our mornings sipping coffee by the pool and our evenings enjoying the firepit under the stars. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the open layout of the home was perfect for spending time together.The Craig and Scott were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants, shopping, and all the best that Palm Springs has to offer.If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable escape, this is the place! We can’t wait to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for a week in late february. The house was as depicted. It's a nice mid century modern home on a very quiet street. The house was clean and well appointed. Brad is the manager and he was very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a good rental however somethings could be better maintained. The pool heater did not work for 4 out of the 7 days we were there so we could not use either the pool or the hotub during that time because they were cold. Eventually, they installed a new pool heater. I think some better planning and preventative maintenance would prevented that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a convenient and desirable destination for the holidays, and found it in Palm Springs. The Relax Palm Springs hosts were attentive, friendly and responsive. The home is as advertised. Do be aware that the Palm Springs Airport is quite active at times in the morning and afternoon - the home is just a few miles from the airport (well, most of PS is a few miles off the runway) so you do have to put up with some noise. Outside of that, the neighborhood is very quiet. The outside space around the pool is quite private - you could skip the swim suit if inclined - and spacious. We really enjoyed spreading out. The view is great.

A MCM experience that needs a little modernization!

The home offers a true mid-century modern experience! However, several issues—like non-functioning cable boxes, old and worn dish towels, broken kitchenware, and frequent service visits—took away from the stay. Trash from previous guests hadn’t been removed, and some appliances weren’t working as expected. While management responded quickly once notified, a home at this price point should have been fully prepared from the start.

The house was not cleaned as well as it should have been. Some furniture was broken, unusable or dirty. Window shades in the bedrooms didn't work properly. Many issues with plumbing. The house needs a lot of TLC.

Great home and management team!

We loved the property, especially the separate Casitas…we have a toddler and our friends don’t, so the separation in the early morning was perfect. The management company was super responsive, it was a perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving week. Thank you!

Reunion 2022

My 4 friends and I have been having this once a yr. reunion for almost 30 years. We've all known each other since grammar school, and we think we've stayed friends for so long because none of us have sisters. We come from all over the country- NY, NJ, Oregon and L.A.. This year was a little disappointing because of the weather ( cold and windy) and the time change ( the days were shorter, the pool was tough to get Into because of clouds) but the house was perfect- all the beds were comfy, the hot tub was VERY popular, and the restaurants were great! We did have to buy 2 adult size floats for the pool ( there were only children's sized there, which we ended up bringing home. The view from the pool was beautiful- snow on the mountain tops!

Relaxation, family-friendly

We booked for the 4th of July extended wknd and communication was excellent from the start. Clear and detailed info on the property and check-in process. Gregg was quick to respond and attentive to all communication. The house itself was perfect for our family, and extended family. House had everything we needed for our stay. Pool/jacuzzi were a hit! 2 kids under 5 and adults loved it!! Casita was super cute and perfect for the grandparents. Property location is convenient, short drive away fr downtown PS. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, fabulous house to go to relax and enjoy. We would definitely go back again. Thank you!!

10/10 Would Recommend!!!

We had the best time here!! The house is beautiful and the pictures 100% reflected the house in real life. We did have minor issues when we first got there (some outlets in the kitchen weren’t working, house was a bit warm for us and needed an extra fan) and Gregg, the property manager, was quick to answer and come over and fix the issue. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was stocked pretty well! We loved spending hours outside in the pool. Very close to downtown Palm Springs! Absolutely perfect and we already can’t wait to come back!

Perfect house for a large group

We rented this house for a girls trip, 8 total ladies. It was perfect for our big group. Plenty of space to spread out. Comfortable beds! We absolutely loved the salt water pool; so much better than stinky chlorine. We had one small problem when the refrigerator wasn't working. The management company was so fast to fix the problem, just fantastic service! We would absolutely stay here again!

Family Christmas with adult children - excellent rental.

Extremely happy with the rental, worked very well for our family. We have adult children, the house has lots of space for everyone and worked perfectly. The management company is excellent at community. Highest ratings for everything. Would absolutely rent again, thank you!

The pictures don't lie - gorgeous relaxing spot

We enjoyed our stay, the property managers were great. The view of the mountains is spectacular, it's near everything, easy parking, great pool and hot tub and well equipt kitchen. The wifi didn't work for us but I assume this will be fixed by the time you're reading this. They arranged for me to use wifi at another property. Would love to stay again

Escape House

We wanted to take a few days away from quarantine. Found this home with casita for the great grandparents. And 3 additional BRs for the other two generations. Perfect size for the 6 adults and 2 children. The home was well stocked with essentials ( however, no salt, spices, sugar etc). Lots of yard activities for kids in addition to pool. I would stay here again for sure.
