Quiet corner unit in park-like community

Welcome to Sunrise Silver Oak; a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in a gated community in South Palm Springs. In one of the areas most desirable communities, Sunrise East is situated on 40+ acres of landscaped park like grounds with 6 pools/spas, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. This corner unit condo boasts modern living spaces with beautiful décor, including upgraded kitchen and baths. Brand new modern master bath and upgraded wood floor throughout provides for easy wheelchair access. The spacious living room has a wet bar and gas fireplace. The condo has three bedrooms, one which is combined with an additional family room. All bedrooms have on-suite full bathrooms and ample closet space. The outdoor patio contains additional lounge and dining spaces with upgraded amenities of a gas grill, an awning with misters for warmer nights and a propane heater for cooler evenings. Please note there is a minimum stay of 30 nights at this property.

Beautiful Condo/Beautiful location

The condo was spacious and beautiful and the setting spectacular. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio and having lunch or coffee and looking at the mountains. The grounds were really lovely and we enjoyed walking the paths with our dog. Met a lot of very nice people, residents and renters, like ourselves, while out walking. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts. It was a good experience. If we had issues, Laura was quick to respond. It was a very good experience.

Spacious and Beautiful in a Great Neighbourhood

The home is wonderfully large and extremely well appointed and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and our hosts provided us with everything for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. The furnishings and collected artwork and treasures make the home truly special and unique. The neighbours are warm and friendly and in particular it is a great community for walking your dog and meeting many new furry friends. The amenities were on point - multiple pools and spa areas that were well maintained, along with great tennis and pickle ball courts. We truly enjoyed our stay, the comfort and quality of the home exceeded our expectations.

Amazing Home - Beautiful Property - A Must Stay in PS!

VRBO Review I just finished an 8-month long stay in this beautiful home. I recently decided to make a permanent move from Canada to Palm Springs and wanted a warm and welcoming place to stay when I arrived. The amazing green spaces appealed to me as they reminded me of the lushness of my former home in Vancouver, BC. The private tennis and pickleball courts were an added bonus. I was even invited by a neighbor to play just a few days after I arrived. Such a friendly community! There are also 6 pool/jacuzzi areas, with two just a stone’s throw from the unit. As for the unit itself, I was taken aback by how huge it is. The bedrooms are enormous! The master bath was fully renovated and the skylight made it bright and cheery. The home is filled with beautiful artwork and feels very sophisticated and tasteful. The fully stocked kitchen had everything one could possibly need, and looking out on the green space while making breakfast was a joy. Sitting out on the patio looking at the Santa Ana mountains as the sun came up was a regular ritual as I had my morning coffee. Lastly, Laura was a very accommodating and helpful host. She ensured everything was ready for my arrival, helped out whenever needed during my stay, and couldn’t have been a more gracious host! This is a must stay home if you are coming to visit Palm Springs!
