「The room we got looked nothing like the “family loft” advertised. It was two single beds pushed together on one side and a sofa bed on the other, separated by a curtain. Not what the pictures suggested at all. The noise was a serious issue. Parties inside the hotel and a guest on the neighbouring balcony on the phone from 3am to 5am. We called reception multiple times that night and got no answer. When we brought it up the next morning, we were told we should have reported it — which was...

「Fantastic hotel and so very clean. Location was amazing. The out door pool was also heated to a good temperature which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good quality food. Soya milk was also and option along with other plant based milks. Overall a fantastic hotel can’t fault anything! Both of them are nice - a lot of choices for breakfast, but better to have it before 9.30am otherwise outdoor seats are full - the room is large, bathroom is perfect - friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us to print our boarding pass for free」

「Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung und wir hatten keine größeren Probleme. Positiv ist, dass die Unterkunft bereits renoviert bzw. instand gesetzt wurde. Allerdings wirken viele Arbeiten eher provisorisch und nicht besonders hochwertig ausgeführt. Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit den Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten. Ein Check-in war erst ab 15 Uhr möglich, während man bereits um 11 Uhr auschecken musste. Ein Late Check-out war leider nicht möglich. Zudem war der Duschkopf in einem...
