「Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement. Gracias」

「The hotel is ok... quite basic but it's functional. Some of the staff members at check in wern't overly friendly. What is also frustrating is that check in is at 3pm, even though the room may be ready they don't let you have the card until a short time before that. I got to my room at 2.55pm only to find that the door is electroncially locked until 3pm and you still can't get in. I get that yes check in is at 3pm, but if the room is ready it is extremely petty not to let you have access to...

「Loved the apartment! Great location if you want to be in Magaluf, but be warned that it is very loud- which is to be expected in this area. Other than the noise, no complaints.」

「Fantastic hotel and so very clean. Location was amazing. The out door pool was also heated to a good temperature which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good quality food. Soya milk was also and option along with other plant based milks. Overall a fantastic hotel can’t fault anything! 「Overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. There were no food options available at the property other than breakfast even though the website stated dinner, room service and snack options. When we asked about food we were directed to outside the hotel to restaurants. I have no idea why this was the case.」

「The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I had severe food poisoning and my travel companion needed medical assistance. The cleaner was amazing, getting help and cleaning the room. We're both very grateful for the professionalism and support. In terms of the room, it was exactly as described. However, there is no fridge or kettle. A kettle would have been very welcome - something to consider?」

「The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach. There is a bus stop across road to get to and from airport. The rooms are clean and beds good has got everything you need this is my third time at these apartments will be back again soon.」
