「Perfect location for relaxing. Breakfast is perfect variety of fruits, meats and bread. This is my second time at this location. There were a lot of families with young children. Must get to the pool early to save a chair. For me I like access to the ocean, not too crowded the ocean is steps from the hotel. Drinks were overpriced, everything else was good. Hotel may need to upgrade air conditioning system, was difficult to cool our room down. Lastly, the spa was fabulous, large spacious...

「The hotel is ok... quite basic but it's functional. Some of the staff members at check in wern't overly friendly. What is also frustrating is that check in is at 3pm, even though the room may be ready they don't let you have the card until a short time before that. I got to my room at 2.55pm only to find that the door is electroncially locked until 3pm and you still can't get in. I get that yes check in is at 3pm, but if the room is ready it is extremely petty not to let you have access to...

「The Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly, The sun lounger’s around the pool area are far to close together you are almost touching one another with no room for yourself. The control of drinking and vaping in the pool itself also was off putting.」

「- just 2mins walk to the beach, great location - 2 pools in the hotel-one for adults and one for family. Both of them are nice - a lot of choices for breakfast, but better to have it before 9.30am otherwise outdoor seats are full - the room is large, bathroom is perfect - friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us to print our boarding pass for free」

「Fantastic hotel and so very clean. Location was amazing. The out door pool was also heated to a good temperature which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good quality food. Soya milk was also and option along with other plant based milks. Overall a fantastic hotel can’t fault anything! Well done Seramar 😊」
