“Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement. “Tent Palmanova exceeded my expectations. Clean, order amongst guests, and super helpful staff. Extended brunch is excellent, and the 24/7 self Laundry was extremely helpful for me. Starbucks coffee served in the bar which was superb 👌as an early riser, I loved the option of having coffee prior to breakfast and which begins at 8am, without having to leave the property. Would definitely recommend.”

“The reception were abrupt the life guard was rude also saying you couldnt sit by the childrens pool the pool water was so cold and the outside space was shaded it was a something and nothing place to stay however it had a good location.Oh and there was blood marks on the sheets.”

“Der Check in war katastrophal weil der Code für die Tür nicht funktioniert hat. Bis wir dann endlich jemanden erreicht haben über eine Klingel hat es gedauert. Dann haben wir einen Schlüssel für das Zimmer bekommen . Die Klimaanlage ging nicht. Die Handtücher haben muffig gerochen . Wenn man nicht viel erwartet ist es ok .”

“We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from Palma. Our suite was beautiful. Large and very comfortable with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also extremely large with very good amenities. This hotel has one of the best Spas we have seen. It is truly wonderful. “The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues. There was some noise from neighbours on balconies in the evenings, but nothing after midnight which was fine by us. We had a great stay and the area was perfect. “The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach. There is a bus stop across road to get to and from airport. The rooms are clean and beds good has got everything you need this is my third time at these apartments will be back again soon.”

“Die Lobby wirkt auf den ersten Blick einladend, aber das war’s dann leider auch schon. Die Zimmer lassen in Sachen Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig und wirken insgesamt eher lieblos. Auch die Schalldämmung ist schlecht, man hört fast alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das Essen erinnert eher an einen Imbissstand – das Frittierte gelingt zwar, aber alles, was frisch gekocht ist, schmeckt einfach nicht gut. Kartoffeln zu hart, fade Soßen, und insgesamt wirkt das Buffet ziemlich lieblos……

“Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff……
