"This was our 4th stay there and we love it every time. The quality of the service we receive from the staff is above and beyond any other hotel we have stayed in. It is always kept clean and well maintained. And there is a variety of breakfast options every morning. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. We love the pool and hot tub, it is such a welcoming area to relax in after a long day of traveling. I also really like having free machines to do laundry, at most other places you have to pay for the use of the machines. We always come back to the Staybridge when we are in the area and have the funds available. They are a little more costly than the average hotel, but all of the little touches and amenities make it well worth it. We will definitely be back again."

"We used to live in Lake Geneva so we already knew about what used to be called Interlaken. Some things are still outdated. The air conditioning units are dated go back many years and are extremely loud. They will wake you up "
