Loved it!

We simply loved this home! This was our first time in Santa Rosa Beach. Getting to the home was a little confusing but we called and received so much help getting to it. Also, it wasn’t ready at 4pm for us to check in but the property managers were wonderful in working with the cleaning company to finish up as we were waiting and they compensated us due to the wait. I can say that this company (Oversee) was great to work with and very responsive. The home was just as pictured. When we arrived we learned we’d be in Unit B and we were worried that we would hear our neighbors but we never heard anyone but ourselves. We couldn’t believe how we didn’t hear anyone else, as it was a triplex...a plus! I enjoyed staying in the master bedroom. The bathroom was so luxurious and the amenities were perfect. Little pumps of soap were provided; we’d never seen this before and had actually brought our own as the pump soap is more convenient. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage. That was a surprise that we didn’t see referred to in the listing. This home didn’t have a balcony, just a patio. We would’ve loved to have had balcony access, but we were ok with it. We were pleasantly surprised to arrive the first day and learn about The Hub across the street. We walked over and it was live! People were friendly and a movie was showing on the big screen. The restaurants were simply delicious. We even went back a second time during our stay! We enjoyed this home and Santa Rosa Beach very much. The only difficulty we found was in finding public beach access and parking. We ended up at South Walton. It was a small strip of public access beach, but we enjoyed ourselves very much. We spent all of our time in Santa Rosa, Miramar, and Sandestin. We never made it to Destin, where we usually end up. We will be back!!!

Property was clean and in great location. But- should you need internet you will have problems. Of the five phones with us, none could make or take calls, receive texts either. Using computer simply depends on the moment. Other than that, place was great.

Wonderful stay

It was a very nice place! We hoped to be closer to the beach. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, however the place was great and we had a good time.Overall it was a pretty place and we had a wonderful time.

The community and the residence was very nice. It met and even exceeded our expectations as we were wanting a relaxing location yet in an area that had beach access, dining and other amenities. I certainly would consider returning again.

Great choice

This property was great. Very clean and spacious. All appliances were working ( except the freezer) and there were lots of kitchen tools available for use. The neighborhood was busy, but still peaceful. The drive to the beach was a little lengthy but not a deal breaker at all- I would love to revisit this property.

Review

It was an enjoyable time, but had the weather been better, we would have been terribly disappointed about the lack of beach access. The unit was very nice, but the pool was freezing - not heated as advertised. Additionally, and this is just a suggestion, we rented a golf cart from the rental company you recommended. They were TERRIBLE. They delivered the cart without a charger, and when we called to request one, they acted like it was somehow our fault for not noticing immediately. We asked if they could rush the charger and they indicated they were "busy with new customers" and would get it to us when they got it to us. So, we lost the use of the cart for an entire day. Additionally, there was a small hole in the driver's seat, which we didn't initially notice, and water had been trapped in there. So, after our first excursion, the driver had a wet behind that was stained brown with rust. I am not sure I would promote that particular business.

Great place, very nice stay

Super clean and spacious townhouse for family of 4. Great location across from HUB and steps to pool. Access to the beach is down the road but still very easy. Love this location across from HUB and Water Sound.

Loved this rental

The property was in a great location, is family friendly and the unit we stayed in was gorgeous. We were a little concerned with this being a triplex but we never heard either of the other parties from the other two units. The condo had everything we needed and more. We recommend using the tram for the beach at least the first day. We chose to drive to the beach access the other days but the tram was great. It was our preference to drive. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed.

This property was beautiful and the cleanest I have ever seen. Nothing has been overlooked from the furniture to the decor. The location was fantastic. Additionally, the property managers were very helpful when we had a couple of questions. I can't wait to rebook this property in the future.
