Property was beautiful, everything was as in the pictures really loved this complex and "Booked that Condo " was awesome to work with. Only downfall was hot tub was not working the entire week we were there. But it was an awesome stay. Thank You.

This condo was the best place I’ve stayed at PCB(5th years we’ve come down here)It was clean, updated appliances, nice master bathroom, plenty of room, nice view from balcony. Parking simple, pool clean, beach very close. The road construction was aggravating on main roads but construction is everywhere.

We just stayed at this condo last week and loved it so much we extended our stay another day. The unit was updated and very clean. The only hiccups we had was that it took us a day and a half to sort out that the condo came with 4 chairs and two umbrellas. The company that manages the chairs stated there were only two but they finally got everything squared away. Also on our way home we were called and asked if we took the duvets from the beds. I explained that everything on the beds (which I described to them) when we checked in were still there when we left. I called them back to check and they told me “oh it was a different unit sorry”. Otherwise we had a great stay and would rent this unit again for sure.

Condo is newly updated and freshly painted. Very clean. Balcony only has 4 straight chairs and a tiny table that need updating. Kitchen has new appliances except dishwasher that needs replacing. The kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking. The unit comes with 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas that was wonderful. It is located on the west end of PC beach which is less crowded. We did not understand when it said check in is between 4:00-6:00pm it meant the unit may not be available until 6:00 pm which was the case for us. The one level parking is convenient with large parking spaces for our Tahoe. The Winn Dixie is directly across the street which is very convenient. Overall it is a nice unit in a small complex and we would stay there again.

You can walk to the beach or walk to the grocery store and restaurants just by crossing the street. Beach is not crowded at all, clean as can be considering you are at the front of the beach. Definitely recomended
