There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The living room allows for TV/DVD/VHS viewing on the large screen flat TV. The oversized balcony (10 x 44 sq ft) is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, love seat, and coffee table, and 2 lounge chairs.
