We had a great spring break stay. Condo was perfect. Had one issue with AC but it was immediately addressed. Was simple having our dog with us too. Right next to enclosed dog area by the awesome pool area.

Beautiful condo, amazing location!
This condo was perfect for our group of four adults—clean, spacious, and super comfortable. We loved the peaceful vibe of Watersound and spent our days walking the pristine beach, relaxing under the blue umbrellas (the beach crew is awesome!), and enjoying the nearby pool which we nearly had to ourselves the entire time. The fire pit lounge area was a fun bonus—the firewood was provided, and we made s'mores on our last night! Having garage access and a reserved parking space was a plus. The property manager was easy to work with and even gave us a discount due to renovations (which didn’t impact our stay much) on the building itself - thank you, Jan. All in all, we had an amazing, relaxing week and would absolutely stay here again!

Peaceful getaway in paradise
Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location - steps to the pool, and just a few more steps to the beach! Plus, the Big Chill (restaurants/bar, shops, live music) is just outside the property grounds, and it's easy biking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach in one direction, and Seaside and Grayson Beach in the other. When we were there in mid-April, it was relatively quiet - we often had the pool all to ourselves - which was just fine by us! The condo itself is outstanding - each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, everything was clean and in working order, plenty of soft towels, comfortable beds, etc., I could go on and on. And the views are phenomenal, the photos cannot even do it justice. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather all week, and enjoyed stunning sunsets from the balcony or inside the home every night. We are already talking about when we can stay there again!

Lovely Property - Beware of Construction
Pros: Let me start off by saying that the condo is lovely and has a great view, close proximity to pool and beach and plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the space.Cons: We were alerted 24 hours prior to arrival that there would be some HOA renovations going on and given a small refund. Unfortunately these renovations are a large scale construction project in the unit directly next to this one. We heard loud disruptive buzzing and dentist drills starting at 7:50 every morning in our room, which made it very hard for our young children to nap and even harder to enjoy coffee on the balconies. While I know these things happen, I wish we were given more notice and the ability to cancel or rebook elsewhere, or even more of a discount. We planned this trip for an entire year and I’m disappointed.The unit could also use a new vacuum or swiffer/broom and cleaning products.

We LOVE WaterSound! This year we tried the Inn and it did not disappoint! Even though the balconies were getting remodeled we still had an amazing time! The FunWay crew was amazingly helpful! We will be booking again next year for sure!

Overall excellent experience with this host. Hiccup at check in with gate codes no longer being used at this property and needed a QR Code from security - would have been helpful to have this communicated prior to arrival. After a couple phone calls, property management was helpful in addressing the issue. We did get moved (last minute) to a different unit on the same property as the booked unit was under construction so I can’t comment specifically on this unit.
