Celadon 505 in PCB

We loved being on the beach ⛱️ with fantastic views out both the living room and the master bedroom. Perfect height above the beach, with all the amenities of home. We're returning next season!!

Was disappointed with the condo

Roaches...bed was very uncomfortable and the hot tubs were not hot most of the time... never had a problem stayed here the last 5 years always has been great but not so much on this trip

Roaches

There we roaches in our condo. When they finally called me back they only gave a refund of $130ish dollars. This was unacceptable to me. My granddaughter woke up one night screaming with roaches in her bed and my grandson found roaches in his shoe. We had to throughout some of our food do to this problem. I was very unhappy about my stay. I will not refer anyone to stay at this condo.

Very disappointed

The condo was not clean. There was a dusty film on everything, maybe from new floors. The ice maker did not work. The washing machine did not work. We did see bugs in the condo. We were given a code for the pool that did not work. Parking was a very confusing mess and cost an additional $40. There was no staff to address our issues. There was some texting with Vacasa but no help.

Great beach location with little roach friends

The condo is in a really great location but it is in need of attention. The water pressure is so high a normal shower is impossible as the hot water heater will empty before one shower is done. The refrigerator water comes out with such force, you will surely get wet. The front door does not seal and wind blows through. The dishwasher falls forward and out of cabinet when open. The kitchen chair seats are not fastened nor is the kitchen table top which is glass.... Hazardous for little kids. Stove has no indicators so cooking is a guessing game. Door to laundry room is falling off. Master bedroom, bed has a dip. A howling sound comes from siding glass door in master bedroom at night. Kitchen faucet needs replaced, it sprays everywhere. It looks clean, but roaches are present and crawling around so how clean can it really be? And, the condo has the worst vacuum in the world that makes it very hard to clean.

Beautiful Except

Great views with good intentions, unfortunately roach infested and given the roach traps and the roach spray provided they already knew it. Horribly uncomfortable experience for everyone. Couldn't cook or eat there. Ruined a proposal weekend!

Love it

Always stay in 505 Celedon - this was probably 6th time-perfect location for ocean view. Love the high table and chairs on the deck and adirondack chair for reading. Any kitchen appliance you need and always clean and neat. Only suggestion is that owner needs nonslip decals in tubs. Can't wait for next time.

Great Family Fall Break vacation

Place was great. Clean and very stocked with all kitchen items. You definitely will not be missing anything. Close to elevator, but was not bothered by any noise. And as always, views are amazing at the Celadon!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was great for a small family. It was clean enough to feel comfortable. The room with bunk beds was just big enough to put a pack and play for anyone traveling with a little one. There were puzzles and board games provided. The kitchen has all the necessities. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. It is right on the beach! We could see our beach chairs from the room. I would definitely stay here again!

Bloody mattress cover, very worn unit, dirty (have photos)

This is a worn unit aimed at spring breakers and needs a deep clean and things fixed/renovated. Will not rent again. Things like the red tide that was present (and had been), beach renourishment, construction, elevator outages and all that was going on and known about, should have been disclosed so someone could opt to stay elsewhere. The red tide - although this is not the fault of VACASA, it's their responsibility to disclose for health reasons. Customer health vs profit. Beach renourishment was also going on but not in front of this complex, but should've been disclosed so amenities aren't affected. Chairs removed day 1 for this even though no work done here even though they were part of unit cost. Felt ripped off. Price should've been adjusted prior. Construction also in a unit above this one could've been disclosed, noisy loud saws ruined peace and quiet on beach. No welcome packet to know tv channels, wifi password (if any) or nothing that you normally find when you arrive. No WIFI that I knew of. NASTY BLOODY BED COVER: Saw this on last day and that was the last straw. Blood stains all over the bed cover in the master. Unfortunately had slept on this all week, didn't know till I stripped bed before leaving. Saw this in an earlier review, figured it'd been cleaned. Nope. On the plus the bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains were nice but after seeing the bed cover, I nearly puked. Unit appeared clean at first, but had mold/mildew on shower curtain, and around vents in both baths and on living room ceiling. Hair dryer in master busted didn't work. Extra bath had someone's else's hair everywhere, mirrors in both baths are worn badly, something splattered all over wall in master vanity, stove knobs worn off so no idea what temp you were cooking at. Most walls worn, scuffed, busted door frame in master, torn plastic on dining chairs, heavy dirty buildup along walls. And, NO CLEANING SUPPLIES. Only starters of laundry and dish soap. The dryer didn't work well, had to run it twice on high heat to dry clothes and the living room tv volume could not be lowered. Blared loud when set on "0". One elevator was out (shoud've been disclosed). The entry door doesn't close completely at the bottom so you see light through there at night, and it rattles when wind blows so you think someone is coming in there. THIS UNIT IS IN BETWEEN ELEVATORS: If you stay here, just know the elevators are in a "U" shape in center of building, this unit is right in between all of them so can be noisy. PROS: Kitchen was well stocked, and appeared nice and updated with counters, fridge worked well, appeared clean and updated, plus has pantry. Living room furniture nice and appeared clean. Good sized bunks if you had kids, dining table seats 4, plus high top table with 4 chairs on balcony, one adirondack chair. Pool area is very nice with vending machines, heated pool and very clean bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable but needs cleaned and new clover put on it. Awesome water pressure, and fast hot water. Communication was great prior to checkin and after. I emailed them Thursday with issues after as much was tolerated as could be, and they were quick to respond and did issue a very tiny refund, although hardly what it should have been considering. A further offer of a mere 10% off was given for a future stay. Buyer beware as "Covid cleaning" isn't happening here, you will be sleeping in a biohazard of someone else's blood, and using a restroom to brush your teeth in that has a stranger's nasty hair all over it, nevermind the funk along the floors, vents and ceilings.

Great as Usual!!

We have stayed here before and it is fabulous! It was clean and the kitchen has everything you need…including a crockpot. The condo needs a little refurbishment. But that didn’t take away from our stay. Celedon is a very quiet resort and very family friendly.

Beautiful view!

We loved the complex, it’s location in PCB, and all of the amenities! The condo itself was great-comfortable bed, nice living room with a brand new lounger chair, and a great kitchen. A few items needed attention-very squeaky dryer, primary shower had a slow drain and filled the tub with each shower, and a cigarette smell in the living room/kitchen. Other than that, it was a great place to stay on our beach trip!

Does not look like pictures

I did like the view and always love the Celadon, not this condo 505, worst I have stayed in the last 10 years. Rugs nasty , living room furniture worn out and stained bad, mold in bathrooms, dishes dirty. Sheets and mattress cover nasty with blood stains.This stuff has been mentioned before in reviews, very disappointed.
