Welcome to a residence where luxury meets the gulf breeze. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo invites you into a world of sophisticated comfort. That creates a space that is both inviting & stylish. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight. With an open concept living room that offers the perfect setting for both intimate family moments & luxury after a long day at the beach. Wake up to the sound of the waves in the generously sized master suite complete with its private bathroom. Or cozy up in bedroom 2 that offers 2 queen beds for additional sleeping. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony, creating a daily spectacle of colors over the Gulf of Mexico. This residence is not just a home it's a lifestyle. With direct access to the sandy beaches, everyday offers an opportunity for seaside adventures & relaxation. Situated in close proximity to Pineapple Willy's, Sharkys, Harpoon Harry's, Adventures at the Sea, WonderWorks, & Ripley's Believe it or Not! This condo provides both tranquility and convenience.

The Space:
-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Max counting children of all ages.
-2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms.
-Well stocked kitchen
-Master bedroom: King bed
-Bedroom 2: Offers 2 Queen beds
-Bathroom 1: Walk in shower.
-Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guest who booked driver's license will be requested. Rental Agreement & a copy of the guest's driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is received within 48 hours of the time of booking the guest forfeits the reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Needing more space? Well, here's an added bonus we also manage another 2-bedroom unit right downstairs in the same complex. That unit can accommodate up to 6 people as well. Needing even more space? No worries, Anchors Away has you covered. We manage a beachfront home right next door that sleeps up to 8 people. Yes! That's right 3 units in walking distance from each other! This property has a 2-car maximum. Only 2 vehicles will be allowed in their two designated parking spaces. No exceptions. If we are notified of more than 2 vehicles the HOA will tow.

We require all guests when they arrive to put the parking pass/passes provided in the unit inside their vehicle. Parking passes are a $0 charge to the guest unless they are missing during the checkout inspection. Guests are required to leave the passes inside the unit before checkout or the guest will be charged $10.00 for each parking pass.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins during prime season. Off season notify our office to see if arrangements can be made. We promise to notify the guest as soon as we have the unit ready. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time. Guests are not allowed on property until the 4pm check in time or until they are notified that the house is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged $50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund. Please be mindful of the people that live around us that are not on vacation.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund & a $500 charge will be deducted from the card we have on file. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
