Great property. I have zero complaints on the location, the property is starting to show its age. The bathroom faucets and drains are my only complaints they could’ve been cleaner and more functional. But nothing I wouldn’t stay at this same place again. I understand the amount of loss it would take to replace these items.

Obstructed view. Difficult beach access. Mold

Two more condos have been built in between this condo and the beach since the pictures in the listing were posted. The walk to the beach it’s about 3/10 of a mile up and down lots of steps. You definitely don’t want to make that trip multiple times a day. Neither of the sliding glass doors lock so a PVC pipe or wooden board has to be used to ensure no unwanted guests enter. And there’s mold all over the ceiling in the master bathroom.

Shabby and false advertising!

Website shows a beautiful view that no longer exists due to new construction. Very shabby, dirty and beat-up. Wouldn’t recommend! We left early because couldn’t stand to spend another night there!

Nice place

Location is great. They are doing construction in front of the unit but you still have a great view. Accommodations nice. Walk to beach is not terrible but lots of stairs. Overall very nice.

Serves its purpose

This house serves it purpose somewhere to rest your head. It is not the Waldorf Astoria! But it’s on the holiday inn level of things. We spent most of our time on the beach or 30A area so this did not bother us. If you are looking for a fancy place this is not for you. We were relatively close to the beach the only problem was all the steps leading to the beach….if you are hauling a wagon with beach stuff you will have a daily workout, trust me. All in all it was a good stay the condo could use some sprucing up like fresh paint and WD-40 on all the squeaking doors.

Needs major cleaning and updates

Property is located on beautiful beach! However, the carpets looked and felt dirty. There was no auto icemaker and no ice trays- we froze our own ice. Outlets in bathrooms did not work. We texted the leasing agent and received AI generated responses. Someone came out three days later to fix and entered property without permission- we had requested earlier that we be there. Very troubling. There’s a lot of potential here because of the location but the property is tired and really needs work.

Great budget stay with few issues

We loved our stay at Inlet Beach! The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. It was the perfect last-minute budget stay. That being said, some of the amenities aren’t actually available. There were no bikes, and Vacasa was a bit difficult to deal with. Ultimately, their solution was just to apologize. This is a very bike-heavy area, so that was kind of a bummer for us. We would’ve had to spend more money to rent some. Also, there is active construction going on behind the house. They’re there every day. It wasn’t a problem for us. Our young son actually loved watching the trucks. That being said, you should be aware of it before booking. It does obstruct part of the beach view, but not all of it! We still loved our location. While you can’t get to the beach from the house itself, there are 2 different public access points on either side of you. It was totally fine for us. They have steps though, so not handicap/wagon friendly! Just an FYI. Also, there’s no guestbook to provide suggestions. There was an QR code, but it didn’t work. Overall, a really great stay. I just wanted to let everyone know the only issues we did have!!! Truly we would recommend staying here and would love to do so again.

Beach Haven

Loved how close this place is to the beach! It’s not a super long walk to the beach but it does involve a good bit of stairs. If you don’t want to take to stairs you can walk farther, down the street there’s a walk on beach access with no stairs and no boardwalk, you just walk straight onto the beach. This is better if you have a wagon or cooler. I loved the decks that we could relax on and the keyless entry to the house as you don’t have to worry about keeping up with the key or asking someone else for the key to get in. The shower water pressure was amazing and the beds are super comfy. There isn’t an ice maker though so make sure you buy ice. The couches were very comfy and having cable was nice too! Absolutely loved this place, it was super cheap compared to other bookings and it was very nice to stay at too! Definitely recommend!
