Located in the charming Magnolia Cottages by the Sea community, Driftwood Place is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach cottage designed for relaxation. This stylish retreat is just a short walk to deeded beach access and the heated community pool. With an open-concept layout, a spacious screened porch, and a new master suite with a private sitting area and morning kitchen, this home is perfect for families and groups of up to 8 guests. Two bikes, a charcoal grill, and beach essentials are provided for effortless days by the shore.

The Space:
Driftwood Place has recently undergone some significant improvements which have included a new master suite with sitting room/office space, morning kitchen and a complete renovation of all bathrooms!

Nestled in the tranquil community of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, Driftwood Place offers an ideal retreat for those seeking peace, relaxation, and a place to reset. Located just off scenic Highway 30A, this serene beach house is a short, scenic walk to deeded beach access and one block from the heated (winter-spring) community pool. Designed to sleep up to 8 guests, Driftwood Place combines spaciousness with a cozy charm, featuring an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for gathering with loved ones.

Unwind in the newly added master suite, a true haven that includes a private sitting area, work desk (for those who need a quiet corner to stay connected), and a morning kitchen for the perfect start to each day. Each of the three bathrooms has been tastefully renovated with soothing, modern finishes, including fresh tile, glass shower enclosures, and sleek chrome fixtures.

Start your mornings on the large screened porch, breathing in the ocean air with a cup of coffee, or end your evenings under the stars. Driftwood Place provides two bicycles, a charcoal grill, and beach essentials, including chairs, a wagon, and beach toys for effortless days by the shore.

When the spirit of exploration calls, step out onto the 18-mile Timpoochee Trail, where you can walk, bike, or jog along 30A, discovering charming communities, local shops, and inviting restaurants.

- Biking is a popular mode of transportation! This home has 2 bikes for your use. Should you require more during your stay, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

Great vacation home

Great location close to the beach. Although in a neighborhood, the home is on the end of the street and feels private with surrounding trees. The home is clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed relaxing in the screened in back porch and the bikes were very useful!

Great location and quiet

Great stay. This neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach and the property includes everything you need so you don’t have to pack it. Multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, carts, and toys. Note, the master is upstairs and the bunk room is downstairs along with the guest room. Not a big deal but could be for some.

Nice house and location

The house was nicely decorated and fully stocked with utensils. Short walk to the beach. I would stay here again . Only suggestion would be to offer instructions on which TV remote to use in the living room and a TV guide .

Wonderful Time

Beautiful house. Everything as shown in listing. There is construction behind the house, but it did not bother us at all. The management company was most excellent and we have stayed in this neighborhood several times over the past 7 years. The house is great but the management company is what makes or breaks your stay and this was easy and smooth and everything was well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach toys were there and more. Would definitely book again at this property with this company with zero worries.

Great House in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice house in a great location. It was just a five Minute walk to the beach! Everything was great! The house was clean and well supplied. The only surprise was a house was being built behind the property which did not show in the photos listed, otherwise great! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The photos of the space are accurate. Mattresses, Towels and linens of good quality. Kitchen was well stocked with new/good condition items. Great communication with the rental agency. We especially appreciated the shed stocked with beach chairs, cart, toys.

We love this 30A Beach Home!

This is our second summer vacation staying in this home. We love it and hope to return again next year. Andrea is very sweet and responsive. She answered all our questions and concerns right away and was always very helpful. The house is in a great location to go either way within 30A. The house itself is decorated adorably for the beach and helps you feel right at home. There were ample supplies (soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent) and the kitchen is well stocked with all dinner plates, bowls, cups, glasses, utensils, two coffee makers, etc. We used the refrigerator, washer and dryer, and the a/c unit worked well in the home. We look forward to another stay again in this charming home again next year!

Awesome - Clean - Great Pool

This house was awesome. Only stayed one night. Manager was awesome to work with. House was 1000% clean - very cozy. Pool was short walking distance. The beach access was not the best as their was construction going on. Easy walk. Would 1000% stay again. Thanks!

My family and I had a great stay. There were some minor issues but they were resolved promptly. This was our 4th time staying in a magnolia house and we love the area. Andrea was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Darling home in great location off 30A!

We come to 30A every year and have stayed in many homes. This was our first time at Magnolia Cottages. We enjoyed our week long stay at this house. It is tucked away in a quiet and private area of the community. The owner was responsive and helpful to my emails and questions. It was great! I only have a few very minor things. 1. It could use a little better cleaning in some areas. 2. The beach chairs, etc in the shed are pretty used. Luckily we brought our own and just purchased our own boogie boards. 3. The WiFi almost never worked. It kept dropping the signal. I even tried a few times to reset the router, etc and it would help for a few minutes and then drop again. I ended up using my data usage the entire stay. None of these things hindered our stay or enjoyment though but these are a few things to keep in mind. The home is as pictured. Our two children used the bunk beds downstairs and we had the master upstairs and all slept comfortably. We used the fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer with no issues. There is a K-cup and regular drip coffee maker for your choice. Kitchen items utensils, etc are stocked. We did go to Publix to buy extra trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods since we ran out before we left. The a/c unit works well. We love that there is an outside shower to rinse sand off your items before bringing them into the house or setting them back into your vehicle. The location has great access into Alys/Rosemary or head the other way to Seaside/Watercolor. And you are only a quick walk down the street to the beach access. We never used the pool but it is just steps away from the house itself. There is construction going on for new builds towards the back of the community. We drove by to take a look. We were never once bothered by workers or any noise. This is a super cute community and we love all the trees, etc. Overall we loved our stay, we miss it so much already and we would love to come back!

Everything you could possibly need !

This beach home had EVERYTHING you could possibly need it really was a home away from home. The neighborhood is fantastic with a awesome pool and only 6 minute walk to the beach! The whole area is great and The Hub is a very short drive down 30A. I loved the fact that the house was at the end of the road so a little bit more private in some way. Eric the manager even noticed I had a bald spot on my car’s tire which was a blessing in disguise with a 4hr drive back home!! The owner and manager were both very prompt at responding to any questions I had. If the opportunity should present itself I will most certainly be back :)

Great central location for 30A

The house was a perfect size and layout for our crew. We had the kids in the bunk room and were able to have peace and quiet for the baby in the upstairs master. It wa a a super short walk to the beach access, and the pool was halfway between. We did rent bikes and rode them to Alys and Rosemary beach a few times, as well as the Hub for the DJ dance party (highly recommended!) we ended up renting boogie boards and getting chair and umbrella service as well. The quality of the beach supplies was somewhat below average. The reason I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness is due to the condition of the screened in porch and the balcony off the master suite. Both needed to be power washed and cleaned. We were not even able to use the balcony. Also, with a week long stay simple cleaning items such as glass cleaner or all purpose cleaner were needed but not supplied. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Great place and location

I took my crew of 7 here for the week. There was amply room for all of us. The house itself is gorgeous and the pictures are very accurate. Lots of thoughtful amenities and touches. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house and is beautiful. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. I would recommend this property and leave with many happy memories.

Beautiful and well appointed house & very close walk to beach

2nd time we have stayed at this house. It is absolutely beautiful - well decorated and has EVERYTHING you could need on vacation. Very close walk to the beach and heated pool is close as well. The outside shed contains chairs, cooler, boogie boards, toys, etc. Located on the end of the small street so very private. Highly recommend! We will be back again soon.
